Kirito's POV

It was late at night, I woke up at that time.. unsure why though, but not the first time it happened. I rub my eyes while I took my phone, looking at the time.. ah gosh it's like.. 01:02 AM.. well im not sure if I can sleep either now so I decided to just log in for a little while. I set up the amusphere quietly, not wanting to made a loud noise so then Sugu wont notice.. nah, she wont notice if it's a bit loud, though still need to be careful. As I lay down and put on the amusphere, I closed my eyes and whispered

"Link start"

It was only a few seconds until I logged in, as usual I was in a cabin. Usually I do this method to make myself tired, though sometimes it doesnt work either that I kind of got out of hand, though the moment I was about to open the door I heard someone logged in so I looked back and frozed- knowing it's Eugeo "Ah-" "H-" I blinked and smiled nervously "c-cant sleep aswell..?" He chuckled lightly "I-I was just.. um.. w-wanting to check something" huh..sure.. I wonder what's this something hmmm.. pfft, shouldn't think like that. The time in the game and real world aren't that different so we can probably tell when the sun's up, Eugeo and I decided to fly around the 22nd floor knowing it looks very much beautiful when it's night.. though sometimes it gives a creep vibe.. for Eugeo that is, not too far near the forest there's a lake where there's a bridge around it, that's where me and Asuna used to go. Thinking about it, she could be a little childish, it's funny though that she could be like that, though I do remember that I gave her a scare in the forest back then haha.. speaking of that, im not sure how I bought the cabin back in the SAO era since I'm mostly gone solo, though it's probably because I have enough cols for it that I bought it for a place where I can stay, though in the end it's a place where I gather around with my friends. Both me and Eugeo landed near the lake, Eugeo's eyes sparkled as I smiled a bit "Good view isn't it?" "It is! Do you always come here often??" He asked, I shrugs it off lightly "Sometimes, though dont get tricked by the view, there can be a monster under the lake" "E-Eh?" Oh boy, now I know what to do "Yeah, back at the time I was here there's a monster swimming under it, and you know what happened next?" "W-What?" "That monster just disappear, but seconds later you can feel it crawl behind you, until it gives you a creep vibe that you wanted to scream" "W-WAH?!" "....Pfft, I'm just kidding" "K-KIRITO!!" he just smacks my back while I laugh it off, speaking of that monster I remember the time I was meeting Mr.Nishida, ah.. that King of Lake, wonder if that's actually still there, I look at him while Eugeo puffed his cheeks while grumbling "Pft, sorry haha, I was just messing with you" "Not funny Kirito!"

Eugeo's POV

I really dont like it when someone does that, it gives me a bad flashback.. honestly I do feel scared about ghost and some other kind of monsters, when I entered this game I do had a feeling I might ecounter those.. ah.. I shouldn't be agreeing.. but I was so intrested aswell! How can Kirito be so brave!? "Im sorry" he apologized with a warm tone while ruffling my hair softly, I get that he wanted to joke around but.. ah, maybe he was just trying to break the silence. This touch though, soft.. no wait, how can I feel like that when we're in the game? Maybe im just imagining it, but it hurt when I fall for the first time though, perhaps since it's connected to our mind aswell, we can feel such thing.. that's.. something.. I question myself again.. why's my heartbeat beating a bit fast? Never happened before, it's weird somehow.. I look up to Kirito only to noticed he's staring at me for a moment, sweat dropped while I blink, waving my hand to his face "Kirito?" "Uh-?" He shooks his head slightly.. im guessing he's getting sleepy.. "Ah.. sorry, I was kind of spacing out" "Well, it's late Kirito, we should be sleeping.." he laughs lightly "Yeah.. maybe I got a bit tired aswell, shouldn't you also be sleeping too?" I nod my head a bit "About to, though I'll log out once you do" "Alright, we should head back to the cabin to log out" "Okay.." So, both Kirito and I head back to the cabin, swiping my left hand down as the window appear, I was looking at Kirito.. again.. staring at it for a moment "..Kirito" "H-" he shook his head, looking at me while yet again, laughs lightly "Maybe logging in late at night is a bad idea afterall.." "I-I know that.. U-Um.." I looked away "Eugeo?" "..I was just.. wanting to check.. until you t-took me around so.." "Heh.. Yeah, well.. see you at school then" he told as he logged out finally, I sighed
