Dating in the God Damn Quarantine - Richpez Story

DAY 1

I have tried my hardest to research dates but also being in Australia my dates could be skewed by time difference. Tried my hardest.

Midnight on March 20th when the Stay at Home order began in LA:

Joey, Lauren and Diane reach their doorstep just as it turns to midnight. 

"Just in the nick of time my ladies!" Joey jokes, trying to make the most of a very anxiety inducing situation. 

Lauren places Diane down as soon as they enter their apartment. Before she flops herself down on the couch, still wearing her back pack. "Wow today was tiring! I still regret making the decision to bend in half when playing Alexa all those years ago!" Lauren groans out as she removes her backpack and gets comfy. 

Joey lets out a chuckle at her dramatics as he takes off his shoes and hat "Oh, babe. Good thing we've got plenty of time to rest now and I can massage it for you if you want." He wiggles his eyebrows in a jokingly suggestive way as he sits down on the couch and places her legs onto his lap.

"I may take you up for that later, not now, too tiiiiired." Lauren mumbles as she reaches for the TV remote, she knows Real Housewives will make her feel better / put her to sleep. As she sets up Netflix Joey begins to untie and remove her shoes for her. She looks up at him smiling a very grateful smile. "thanks JoJo... which franchise do you want... I'm thinking OC or NYC?" Lauren asks, deciding if Joey has to watch her choice he may as well have an input.

"Hmmm, OC! Keeping to my Cali Roots." Joey adds quickly as Lauren starts up the show. After about 5 minutes Joey gets up briefly to go and get changed for bed. When he returns Lauren has already fallen asleep with Diane cuddled up to her. He sits back on the couch and finishes watching the episode. When it's over Joey turns off the TV and that makes Diane jump away from Lauren's side and run off to her bed. 

Lauren stirs slightly in her sleep. Joey places small kisses on her forehead. "Lo, babe, It's beyond late now, I'm going to carry you off to bed now." The only response he gets is a small, barely audible "mmhmm". Joey leans down and scoops her up in his arms and Lauren's head lays into the crook of his neck. Just before he sets her down onto their bed she places a quick kiss onto his neck and murmurs a "goodnight." 

Knowing Lauren won't be comfortable sleeping in her leggings Joey slides them down her legs removing them before pulling the covers over her. He switches off the light and joins her in bed. They don't know what the next few weeks / months may entail but they're glad they're stuck together.

 These chapters will be short but I want to be able to upkeep updating this often.
