9:00 P.M, Underground Atlas Laboratory.

General Ironwood and Lead Scientist for the facility were in a scroll call. "What's the progress on the reptile?" Ironwood asked. "It's 87% done! All we need to do now is find someone suitable to test it's loyalty we've genetically coded in and the run a few tests to see if will act on that loyalty." The scientist answered. "Excellent work, Doctor. We have a guest coming tomorrow, and as the only representative of Schnee Industries available, I'd like to show them our project. "Ironwood explained. "Understood, Sir!" The scientist replied.

Y/n P.o.V:

It seems like the Lab coat (What you call the scientists) was talking to someone important. Your head lifted form your cage, tilting. While you didn't like Labcoats, you did understand why they caged you. They were afraid of you, but they were also helping and improving you. You figured that you'd leave them be and let them do their thing, as it did help you in the end. Occasionally a guy who they listened to had shown up. Slowly, you curled back up and went to sleep.

The next day, the Schnee rep arrived. "Greetings, General Ironwood. I'm the only one who could make it, as we have the day off at Beacon today." Weiss said happily. "Why hello, Miss Schnee. It's wonderful to have you here! Atlas has a project we'd like to show you." Ironwood explained, getting to the point. "Hm. Another Match?" She asked. "No no, much more advanced than technology." Ironwood said proudly. "That....doesn't make sense, but it interest me." Weiss replied.

"Right this way. Miss Schnee." Ironwood finished, leading her to an elevator and going down. "You see, we have been exploring the recent breakthrough in bioscience, and we've gotten promising results. No human or faunus were required to even be test subjects." Ironwood ranted, Weiss was a little unsure at first, but when she heard that it required no test subjects, her nervousness faded. "Oh?" She asked plainly.

"It's easier to show you than tell." Ironwood said. "Alright, show me." she responded. Ironwood lead her along through the halls, before coming to the two of them walking though. At the end of the hall was a big room, the farther half being separate by a wall of metal bars.

"A cage?" Weiss asked, confused. Ironwood looked to the head scientist as if to say "Is it aggresive?", to which the Scientist replied :Do not worry, the contents of the cage are not aggressive." The scientist reassured. "Okay. Come on, Miss Schnee. I'd like to show you our project." Ironwood said proudly. The cage door opened, to which Ironwood and Weiss quickly walked in, the door closing behind them.

The door is closed to prevent the project getting loose. We'd like to keep it safe." The scientist added. The lights in the caged half of the room turned on, slowly brightening to normal light levels instead of being yellow stripe. "This, is project L.D. We've found bones of ancient animals, and hybridized the DNA along with other currently alive creature namely The hammerhead shark and reptile based Dna, to create what we call, the Land Drake." Ironwood explained. The mass in the room moved, the figure in the middle opens it's eyes to reveal them being reptilian eyes.

Y/n P.o.v:

You opened your eyes, noticing the lights are on. But what interest you was the two people in your cave, as you lived to call it. The big guy the labcoats listen to, and a very, very interesting girl in white, Everything in your instincts told you that if she tells you to do something, listen to her. You stayed laying on your belly and stretched your limbs, your tail pointed upward as you yawned, showing off more of your sharp teeth.

You slowly got up, pushing yourself to stand on your hid legs. You look at the two in your cave, walking up to them. You kept your mouth closed as to make sure the girl didn't get the wrong idea. "Ironwood....this is safe, correct?" The girl asked. So the guy's name is Ironwood?...Neat...you guessed. "We've engineered it tot not immediately resort to aggression, as well as having enough intelligence to harbor emotion with impacting it's hunting." Ironwood explains.
