Chapter 9: Near Death Experience

Your P.o.V:

It has been 2 days, since Team CRDL been expelled from Beacon. Right now. You were currently accompany Weiss on a late-night shopping trip when you suddenly stopped. "Y/n? Are you alright?" She asked. You felt it. The sudden overwhelming feeling of dread. Over the passing week, you'd grown a bit of a sixth sense and right now, it was screaming danger. You worried gesturing to the door. "..alright, let me pay for items.." She said, confused. After doing so, so you walked right beside her as you went out of the shop. You stayed close to her as you were her walked on the pavement, before you moved your tail in frontWeiss. "Hm..?" She started. You tapped where your earhole were, telling her to listen.

You heard a single set of footsteps getting closer from behind you. You turned around, seeing a tall man with red hair and horns. His upper face was covered by a grimm like mask. "Hmph. People think the White Fang are bad, when humans like you are creating abominations? It's time to put you in your place..." He said coldly, a sheathed Katana in grip. ".....Permanently." He finished. You snarled, readying for a fight. You roared, as a last warning to back off. "Tch. The monster attempting to protect what it'll eventually kill?" Pitiful." He spat.

He pressed a trigger on his sheath, shooting the weapon out and hitting you in the nose. You flinched a little, as he walked forward as you spun around, a attempting a hit with your emerald aura armored tail. He back stepped like it was a peasant on the street. Weiss had jumped over you, thrusting Myrtenaster at the man. He blocked the attack with ease, before the slashing at Weiss. Your claws begin to glow emerald as you immediately rushed in from the side, blocking the slash with your claw talons. You push him back, before her suddenly aimed the sheath of his weapon at you, and fired a round of buckshot into your stomach. It didn't pierce your armor, but it hurt like hell. You growled in pain, stepping back as he used the blunt end of the katana to hit you again in the nose again, before having to block an attack from Weiss' runes. He side stepped while doing so, back flipping over your tail swing. You lunged at him, only to have him rush forward and was about to slash your chest. But you were prepare as underneath your feet you had made sharp edged stones around you. At that moment he swung you roar and the stone fire upward which begin to slice him and his clothes. Not leaving him unscathed. But you were not unscathed either as he had slashed you on your chest. You growled in anger as you dived underground like you are going thru liquid. He looks around confused as you quickly leap out of the ground, Purple-pink flames glows from your mouth/ He turned' quickly slashing at you as you fired your attack at him, releasing a large wave of energy. Both attacks collide, you both are launched to the side, you had a nasty gash on your chest as you kept your forward momentum. His right side of his mask has shattered and his clothes were ripped up and was burned. 

He thrusted his blade forward, only to have it misdirected by a dust shot from Weiss. You forced him to the ground, only to have a rapid barrage of shotgun blasts assault your stomach. You shrieked in agony and rage, being forced off him and into your back from your sudden increase in upward momentum from the shotgun blasts. You used all your might to flip yourself back up as your fin was stuck into the ground. and ran at him again. You took the hit, forcing yourself to shrug it of as you bite at him. He dodged, slashing your shoulder in the process.

 You roared lunging at him only to spin midair, slashing him and slamming him with back of your tail. As you pounced over you, sending at wave of energy at Weiss. She put up a protective glyph, saving herself from getting bisected. You charged at him while his back was turned, only for hom jump up shooting your back and slashing at it viciously. You stumbled a little, but regained your footing and turned around to a wasve of energy to theface, seding you into a wall. He dashed forward, slashing at Weiss again, with  struggling to keep up and block his assult. He shot her in the chest, slamming the stock of his sheathe into where the sniper wound was, sending her to the ground as her aura attempted to heal her wounds. he readied a powerful slash. 

Seeing this, you got up and roared at him. Weiss noticed something before you ran and him, his movement was too slow compared, to his previous attacks. You lunged with both claws in as Weiss screamed. "Y/N, NO!" He turned on a dime and suddenly released a flurry on motions, before sheathing his blake. Just as it fully sheathed, slashes emerge into you sand clone as it explodes creating a massive sand storm engulfing him is A huge Dust devil. You quickly appear from underground and picked up Weiss, as the dust devil dissipates. His body had been sliced up badly from your attack. He snaps his fingers as seemingly out of nowhere,a squadron of White Fang snipers emerged fro, nearby building tops, unleashing a volley of bullets at you. You quickly toss Weiss out of the way. 

As you soon let out a howling shriek of pain why was practically unbearable to hear, as sniper shot ravaged your body, leaving bleeding holes all over you while the man shot at you withe the shotgun pat of his sheath. He was about to slash you one last time when runes took most of his snipers. You collapsed to the ground, pain overtaking your body. Weiss quickly stabbed into the man, actually landing the stab and piercing through him. "Hmph.." He said to himself, kicking and then shooting her backwards while slashing her chest, leaving a  bleeding wound on her chest while she was sent to the ground, her sword along wit her. he scoffed at the two of you, as you struggled up to get up, before yourself up. You growled weakly. "Still fighting? Then again, all you think about is when your next kill is." He spat ruthlessly. You then roared, and slam you talons into the earth, causing the entire to shake around you all. A giant fissure forms underneath Adam causing him to fall in.

You pick up Weiss and placed her onto our back, forcing yourself to ignore the pain as you raced back to Beacon. Just When the building came into sight, you stepped on something that clicked downward, Too late to move, the land mine detonates, sending you and Weiss flying. You quickly grabbed her with your talons, curling around her to take any damage that would come to her.

You fell to the ground, Weiss falling out of your grasp upon impact with the ground. She fell much more forward than you did, as you shakily got up, and struggled to make your way to her. "Y/n! Y/n! s-stay with me!" She begged, running over to you as you collapsed, your vision going dark.

3rd P.o.V:

With a loud collision, Y/n was unconscious on his side. She quickly feel to around her stomach, making sure he was breathing. Luckily, he was. She heard footsteps and looked outward from the entrance in terror to see the red-haired  from before. "You made it so far, just to die here."" He said, no real emotion in his voice. As an army of White fang grunts appeared before them and Weiss was about to stand up, was when you start to get up.

You slowly open your showing a red glow flow out of your eyes. Your Aura began to flow right out of your body, You looked up and let loose a mighty roar to the heavens firing all your aura into the sky. They look in awe at this light show. "It's nothing finish them!" The man ordered as the White fang point there guns at you. When suddenly they notice the sky was begin to warp above you with small glimmers of light to form above the sky. They begin to back up in fear as you with the last of your strength slam your claws down into the earth and caused the surrounding around around the White fang to be crushed under neath. Causing them to fall in. At the same time A barrage of small meteors  are fired into the out of the distorted sky all moving at high speeds each one with the your same  aura around you with the head of dragons. They slammed down into the chasm you created. Million of massive explosion from the very impact of your onslaught on the White fangs. The hole soon caves in as you fall to the ground back out from exhaustion. Weiss soon falls onto you blacking out as help finally arrived a bit to late.

A medical team quickly arrives with the rest of Team RWBY. They attempted to separate the Schnee and the Land Drake apart, but his tail wrapped around Weiss quickly, despite his unconscious state. "Let them stay together." A recognizable voice said. The staff couldn'te really argue tith The Professor Ozpin. Ruby walked up to him, holding her arm out of nervousness. "uhm...will they be okay?" She asked. "Have no worry. Miss Rose. We'll make sure they recover." He assured.

Ruby walked back to Yang and Blake, nodding, Yang looked worried. "Blake?" She asked. patting her shoulder. Blake flinched, immdiately looking back. "h-huh?!" "You alright??? You look really shaken up." Yang asked concerned. Ruby looked to Blake before ".....WF?" She asked, deciding to shorten it to the two letters. Blake flinched again, before sighing and nodding."...when'd you get so perceptive..?" Blake asked, confused. "eheh. Hanging out with Weiss kinda rubs off on you, y'know? Ruby sheepily replied.

"Speaking of her let's go check on her, okay?" Yang asked, wanting to get inside.
