Chapter 4: L.D meets Classes.....Wait what?

Y/n P.o.V:

The day after you nearly had a person for a meal, it wasn't YOUR fault they don't want you eating people, you were just curious about what it would taste like! It's not like you'd eat GOOD people, Only bad people! Giving a quiet, begrudging growl, you stretched, getting up and yawning. You notice everyone else was not awake, so you quietly walked over to Weiss and gently tapped her a few times with your snout. You'd overheard them saying something about waking up for some sort of even," Clas Says" or something. Perhaps it's a form of entertainment?

You shook your head to get yourself back on track, as you kept gently poking Weiss with your snout. Eventually she woke up.

"hmm...Who would wake me this ear-?!-Oh. Hi Y/n. Is something wrong?" She started, only to calm down after realizing is was just you. You aimed a talon at the machine with numbers on it that changed. "Oh. right. It's smart to wake up early." She said to herself. "Thanks, Y/n" She said gratefully. Your tail wagged at the praise as you lightly panted, your tongue going to the side of your mouth.

"Hmm. It would be smart. But don't wake up Blake yet. She's had sleeping issues as of late." Weiss explained. You nodded, walking over to Yang's bed first. You quickly dragged a stool in the bathroom and stood up on it. You gently poked her head with your snout a few times. She stirred. but didn't wake. Deciding you'd try Ruby and ask her how to wake her sibling, you got off the stool and dragged it to Ruby's bed and stood on the stool. You brush away the cloth in the way and poke Ruby's head with your snout. After about a minute she woke up.

"mm..cookies...no, cookies, come back....I..huh?" She mumbled before opening her eyes. Your head tilted as she turned to you. She was startled for a tiny bit, but got a hold of herself. You gestured to the number machine. "..oooooh, okay. thanks  for waking me up on time." She replied happily.

Your tail wagged again. This was the best job EVER! You backed away to let her get out of bed before your tail at Yang. "Uhm..?" She was confused. You exhaled quietly and moved the stool over to Yang's bed. You got on the stool and got on it. You begin nudging Yang a little demonstrating how she refused to wake up.

"oh, put a little more force into it." Ruby said tiredly. You obliged, shoving the blonde with a hopefully reasonable amount of force. Yang immediately woke up startled, so you used your arm fin to cover her mouth so she wouldn't wake up Blake.

After a few second of staring, she backed away from your arm fin.You move your arm away. "Well geez, Y/n. I'm up." She said jokingly as she moved to the edge of the bed, gently stroking your head and neck. You let out a quite. rumbling purr as you lowered your body, resting your head on the cushions. Yang giggled, continued her massages.

Eventually she stopped, and you regaine rational thought. "good golly oum, you're adorable." Yang commented, standing up. Your tail wouldn't stop wagging after that. You got off the stool and moved it to the side, before turning around to monitor Blake. For the next 2 minutes, whole everyone else reading their things and such, You kept a watchful eye on the cat faunus, making sure she had a good sleep.

Weiss then walked up to you giving you the signal to wake up the resting cat. You gently nudged her awake, quickly backing off as not to spook her. When Blake looked to you, you waved, then aimed a talon at the number machine again. She got the message and woke up without saying anything, simply giving you a nice head pet. That was enough for you. 

Timeskip 5 minutes:

With your helpful head start. The team was ready eariler than usual. So, you walked down the halls. "So, this'll be fun!" Ruby stated. "Going to world histru?" Yang asked boredly. "No bringing Y/n to class!" Ruby replied. "Oh." Yang responded. You made it to the class and casually walked on in after the team did. A guy with green hair and glasses immediately turned around and went to you, moving so fast he looked lie his body was made of stretched rubber being released.

"Ah, Team RWBY! What a nice surprise to see you early for the class when on all previous day you arrive either just in the nick of time or generally 30 seconds to 1 minute before the bell!" He said, his talking remarkable fast. You tilted your head. "I see you've brought your reptilian friend as well! Many reptiles rely  on fierceness alone, brute strength, some form of poison, or natural superiority but it seems this particular specimen is the most intelligent animal Remnant has ever known by it's acute senses and remarkable intelligence as well as being to understand human and faunus linguistics perfectly and learn new behavioral patterns and trends as well as proper etiquette and mannerisms when in specific locations with designated rules and laws, while also keeping attributes of it's natural instincts!" He ranted at impeccable speed. Despite your confusion, your tail wagged at the mentioning of several of your traits in a positive manner. "Aha! Responding to praise in a calm manner instead of immediately tackling me like I know some dogs would due to their energetic and funloving nature as well as their desire for more praise however it does seem love for praise is a common trait between most domestic animal companions and this specimen right here in the front of all of us at this very moment!" He ranted again, further confusing you. You understood everything he said, you were confused on why he was talking so fast.

Unfortunately, he proceeded to talk possibly a little faster for the rest of the entire class ehile going over the past of the world.

As you walked into the next classroom, you saw an elderly looking man with arguably fancy clothing. "Well if it isn't the marvel of science! I must say, I'm rather excited to see you in action. This could prove a wonderful source of information on how Grimm react to animistic natural predator."Port said happily. You liked this guy already, if he was excited about wanting you to hunt and kill things, Overall, he seemed like a nice guy.

And then he stated talking about his past. And kept going, and on, And on, AND On, AND ON.....About Half way into class is ehen you woke up. But you got the scent of something you recognized. And it wasn't good. "Now would anyone like to tell the class the moral of this story?" He asked, expecting an answer.....And then everyone heard your growls.

"Y/n? What's wrong?" Ruby asked, before you got up and walked down from the desk/table things and then sprinted, running into a big open area in the classroom. You noticed big cages, and snarled as you immediately recognized the scent of Grimm. "Hm. His senses are keener than I thought!"  Port said. impressed. "Shall we have a combat demonstration for our newest 'student'?" He asked, and everybody in the room agreed,

He walked over to the cages, before swinging his blunderbuss axe down onto the lock, releasing a boarbatusk that soon ran at you. You immediately lunged to the side as it charged, countering by clamping your jaws onto one of it's tusks and snapping it off with a twist of your head, The grimm shrieked in pain, before you sprinted forward and pounce into the air. The gimm looks up at your silhouette in front of the light, Both you're entire Arms begins to glow as you dropped and slam your arm fin down on the Grimm crushing it's head with just the sheer force of the attack. You len use your other arm fin and sliced the grimm's head and launched it to the side. You roared in victory, "Good show!" Port congratulated, You turned to him, your tail waging in front of the entire class as you let out the closest thing to a bark you could muster.

Meanwhile, the students that weren't Team RWBY just sat in shock at how brutal you were, and in half a second, you were acting like a giant puppy.
