Chapter 22 - back to normal?

Talysa stood staring at her two friends and  Jamie.
"Well I was dead..." She says, unsure of how to feel. Should I run... No there my friends, well most of them. But why are they here?
"You said you were here for something urgent." The Queen says. No one replies, an eerie silence filled the area. The Queen smiles slightly.
"A little shocked I see."
"You think." Ally says sarcastically, as Audrey places a hand across her mouth to stop her from saying anything more.
"You should watch your tongue werewolf." the Queen says not letting annoyance seep into her voice. Talysa guesses that she isn't annoyed at all and is just using ally's remark as an excuse to get under their skin. Talysa saw Grace look down and whisper something inaudible.
"Sorry, she doesn't have a filter." Audrey states, glaring at Ally. Talysa turns her head back to Grace when she hears her speak suddenly.
"I'm sorry for wasting your time, your majesty. I should go. " With that Grace turned on her heels and ran. Talysa started running down the stairs after her, only to almost trip over because of the her heels.
"Stupid shoes." She mutters throwing them off, and continuing barefoot. 

Grace sat under the tree in the park. She always sits near this tree. Is there a reason for that. No. She hugs her knees to her chest as she tries to process everything that just happened. My best friends alive. She is okay...  So why did I run away!?  I should have talked to her!
She felt her eyes become hot with tears and feels one escape down her cheek. Arms suddenly wrap around her and she feels a weight on her shoulder. Grace turns to see Talysa's head resting on her shoulder. Talysa looks up at her.
"What wrong." she asks. Grace let's go of her legs and sighs.
"I was told you were dead."
"So your sad because I'm not dead?" Talysa asks. Grace looks at her eyes wide.
"What!? No! Of course not!"
"I'm just kidding!"
"Yeah, cause that makes me feel fantastic." Grace replies smiling slightly.
"Of course, because I am fabulous." Talysa says doing an overly dramatic hair flip.
"So what have I missed?"
"I don't know. A few crazy ideas from Ally, but that's about it." A peaceful silence falls over them, but is soon broken by an ear piercing screech. "Oh my god! Your alive!" Ally yells running up and hugging Talysa aggressively.
"Careful of the dress!" Talysa tries to say as Ally bear hugs the life out of her. Ally sits back and Grace only now notices Talysa's outfit. The dress has a gold bodice decorated with gold embroidered flowers and a blue skirt, now partly crushed by Ally.
"Thanks Ally!" Audrey says sarcastically. "We had to try to apologise to the Queen without getting on her bad side. And if we failed, it's your fault!"
"I picked up these for you." Jamie says suddenly, handing Talysa her rose gold heels.
"Why did you pick them up." Talysa asks.
"Well you threw them at me." he replies.
"Oh. Sorry." She's says. "So was going to see the Seelie Queen one of ally's plans?"
"Yup!" Ally responds, sounding incredibly proud of herself. A loud beep caused Ally too look at her phone, and her face fell.
"What's wrong?" Grace asks.
"My sisters mad, really mad, I have to go... "
"Good luck!" Audrey yells as Ally runs out of the park.
"We should probably go too." Audrey says turning to Jamie.
"Why?"
"Because if we get back now we can convince Clary to make lunch instead of Izzy." Audrey answers, standing up.
"Yeah let's go."
Grace watches as they both leave.
"There's something I  maybe should tell you..." Talysa says regaining Grace's attention.
"And that is?"
"The Queen offered me something... And I think I'm going to take that offer." Talysa says cautiously.
"You shouldn't make deals with the Seelie Queen." Grace responds. "What's the offer?"
"She wants me to become a seelie."
"Is that even possible?"
"I don't know. But I think I should do it." Talysa says nodding slowly.
"No, it could be dangerous."
"It's either become a seelie or go back to being a mundane. I don't want to be a mundane."
Grace looks at the ground.
"Just think it through. Don't get yourself killed for real."
"Okay." Talysa says smiling reassuringly. "Do you want to get food?" Grace looked up and smiled.
"Yes! Let's go I'm starving!"
For the first time in a while Grace felt herself slip into calm thoughts. Maybe everything can go back to normal.
