You wanted to go over and help Loki, but your pain was still too great. Having resurrecting powers comes with its pros and cons. One of them being pain lasting for longer. You could see Loki trying his best to free himself from Thanos's grip, but then he gave in. "You... will never... be... a... God." Were his last words. He fell to the floor, and his chest stopped moving up and down. Tears flooded your face.
As soon as you had regained enough strength, you removed the sword from your stomach and clawed your way over to Loki. You dropped your hand onto his body. You took as steady breaths as you could, and soon after that, you heard coughing. You opened your eyes hesitantly to see that it had worked. Your love was still alive! You didn't even have enough time to sigh out of relief, when he pulled you into a tight hug. As soon as he let go, you stumbled back onto the table behind you. "Are you okay?" He asked panicked. He spied the blood stain and squinted slightly. "I-is there anything I can do?"
"No, no. I'm fine." You clenched your jaw to hold back the tears. Being stabbed doesn't come with the most pleasant of feelings.
You two were walking down the corridor when the weirdest thing happened. Loki and you had been clearing up all of the bodies out of the main section of the ship. You looked around the room to see everybody turning into black dust. The you noticed that it was happening to yourself. You looked up at Loki, panic-stricken. "Loki, what's happening?" Fear written in your eyes, you saw yourself disintegrating. He looked at you, tears in his eyes. There was nothing he could do to help. Eventually, there was nothing left of you but dust. He fell to his knees and sobbed into his hands.
It's been five years since you died, and nobody's any closer to finding out what happened and how to reverse it. Loki misses you dearly. He is in a graveyard, staring at your name. He's been doing that for an hour now. Every day that passes, he imagines seeing you walking through the front door once again. Just then, something happens and the world is restored to its natural beauty, for the first time in five years. Loki looks around, confused and slightly scared. His phone rings and he answers it. The person calling is you!
