Chapter ten

2 years later

Izuku's POV

"Dabi stop! Come on!" I laughed as my boyfriend straddled my lap tickling me. We are currently up in the mountains at a cabin for our anniversary. He had laid out a blanket and candles under the stars for us to enjoy. Dinner was amazing too dabi had cooked two steaks, mashed potatoes and asparagus.

"Why should I? You're smile makes me happy." He said still tickling me.

"Ya well I can't kiss you like this!" I laughed, thrashing around.

Dabi stopped and cupped my cheeks. "Now you can kiss me."

I leaned up to catch his lips with mine. He deepened the kiss by adding his tongue into my mouth. I sighed contently before he cut the kiss short. I looked at him confused as he got off me helping me sit up. He was kneeling on one knee and turned to grab something from his pocket. He turned to me holding a small box. Is that?

"Izuku.. ever since I met you you've made my life more interesting. You've made my life worth living... we've been through a lot and at one point we had to separate for a while. I can honestly say those three months were the worst days of my life and I hope to never go another day without you." He paused and and opened the box to reveal a silver ring with a single diamond on it. "That's why I want to ask you to marry me?"

I was speechless... but I already knew what my heart wants. I felt tears come to my eyes. I smiled and nodded. "Yes! Yes I'll marry you!"

I jumped on him making him fall backwards. I kissed him with so much love and passion. He smiled into the kiss. I pulled away and straddled his lap. He grabbed the ring and took my left hand. He slid it on my ring finger and smiled like a goof ball.

"I love you so much dabi." I said wiping my tears.

"I love you too izuku." He said kissing my left hand.

8 months later

My mom took my hand and smiled at me. "I know you're first marriage didn't last izu but I've seen how dabi treats you and I'm proud to call him my son."

She grabbed my tie and straightened it out. "Are you ready?"

I smiled excitedly. "Yes I'm ready. I've never been more ready."

I locked arms with my mother and walked out to the open field in the woods. There was only a few people here as I could only invite those who knew of our relationship. I stood on the opposite side of the isle and scanned the rows to see who was here. On Dabi's side was shigaraki, toga, twice, compress, Mina, Kaminari, jirou and shinsou.

I waved to Mina who was waving and smiling like a mad women. I then looked to my side and saw shoto with his wife momo, ochaco, iida, tsu and kacchan with Kirishima. Surprisingly me and kacchan are like best friends now. He's supported me and dabi from the beginning after he realized dabi doesn't want anything but for me to be happy. He gave me a small smile and a nod as if saying he supports me.

I nodded back as I walked past him and looked to my future husband. Dabi smiles as he kept his gaze on my eyes. My mom handed me off and took her seat.

"We are gathered here today to celebrate izuku midoriya and touya todoroki in holy matrimony."

As the ceremony went on I got lost in Dabi's teal eyes. He really is the best thing that's happened to me.

"Who has the rings?" The priest asked. Toga stood up for dabi and kacchan stood up to hand me mine. "Touya take izuku's hand and repeat after me."

Dabi's took my hand position the ring so it's ready to be slid on. "With this ring I be wed. To have and to hold. To protect when in need. In sickness and in health. For richer or for poor. I will love you till the day I die." Dabi said and slid the ring on my finger.

"Now izuku repeat after me."

"With this ring I be wed. To have and to hold. To protect when in need. In sickness and in health. For richer or for poor. I will love you till the day I die." I said sliding the ring on his finger.

"You may now kiss your groom." The priest said smiling.

Dabi cupped my cheeks and kissed me with pure love. We heard our friends and family clapping and cheering. We pulled apart and he took my hand as we walked down the isle.

I can honestly say I'll now live happily ever after.
