The accidental meeting

Alexis's POV

"Beep beep" I heart as I jump out of bed. Is this a prank? Is it a real fire? "S**T" I grab my cat and my purse and hop out the window. I probably look crazy in my 1d pj's but I obviously don't care.

I run to the family emergency meeting place. My whole family made it out including my pet parrot. My mom is crying as she runs to me. She gave me a big hug.

My cat Coconut is meowing like crazy, she does this lots, like every day. My mom and I were only able to save fifty bucks and the car so we went out for breakfast.

"Were are we going to go"? I ask.

She does not reply.
I hate when she does that.

We show up at a small diner a block away we sit down and order some food.

Then they show up.
