(Song is Heather by Conan Gray)

'I still remember

Third of December

Me in your sweater'

Paisley Winchester was quite the enigma, she was like her brothers in many ways, but also not like them in even more ways. She had a knack for hunting, she devoted herself to saving innocents and she hated monsters. She couldnt remember when the lines became blurred, she thought she hated demons, and then she met Crowley who was a bastard but proved that he was one of them, underneath it all. Then she met Rowena, who yes, was a pain in the ass, but she had that amusing Scottish bite and even though she tried to hide it she had a heart underneath that denial. Then there was the angels, she had firmly lived the past years thinking that angels was arrogant douchebags, well, apart from Cas, he was a sweetheart really. Then she met Gabriel, well, of course she had met him before but it was the height of the apocalypse and she wasn't exactly focusing on judging characters, especially when they trapped her in TV land with her brothers. When the Winchesters found out that Gabriel still lived she was surprised to say the least, that British fucker had brought him bound up and sewn quiet like some kind of slave. It pissed her off and as her brothers got the details she cut the string holding his mouth closed, she cleaned his wounds and found him clean clothes. It had taken him a while to come round, but he did, and then after he killed the bastard demon who had held him captive he was back to his old self, though they couldn't say for sure whether that was good or bad. At first he went off the grid, but once he had to swallow his pride and go ask for the Winchesters help to get revenge on some demigods he couldn't exactly hide. After that they saw him a lot more often, he was a frequent visitor at the bunker and Paisley considered him her friend, he made her laugh and always knew how to cheer her up. Lately she was left wondering whether she saw him as something a bit more than a friend however

'You said it looked better

On me, than it did you

Only if you knew

How much I liked you'

Yeah, she had developed a thing for him, she wasnt happy about it but it happened. He didnt know, and she was happy to keep it that way, she was sure her brothers and Cas had begun to suspect at some point, though they knew better than to mention to Gabriel. Paisley had battled with her emotions for a while, the charming man was a huge part of her life and she could honestly say that she genuinely liked him. It was a refreshing feeling, all she had really experienced as far as romantic love goes over the years was sloppy bar make out sessions and the very rare hook-up, she had never had anything actually romantic so she didnt know how to treat the situation, she just pushed the thoughts away and kept living life the way they currently were, she didn't want to risk changing anything. Things took a turn when the group grew closer to the inevitability that they'd have to face not only Michael but Lucifer too. One was a power hungry freak and the other was exactly the same but he wanted his Nephilim son back. The Nephilim, Jack, was someone that Paisley grew to trust, he held such a naïve attitude towards the world and she felt the need to take him under her wing. He was now the only person she could really confide in, when it came to the frustrating angel on her mind anyway, he had such a fresh outlook. One night in particular she was moping because Gabriel was so thick headed and said something seemingly harmless that had hurt her feelings, Jack held such a soft outlook as he told her to just trust in her feelings and tell him. She only shook her head fondly, it wasn't something she could do, not after their most recent crew member arrived. An angel, Heather, had appeared one day, looking for Cas. They had apparently known each other up in heaven and she had wanted to help the group out, she knew that they were against Michael and Lucifer and didn't think either of them would lead to anything good. She was a talented angel, and a gorgeous girl, well, possessing a gorgeous vessel would be a better term.
