You called all the boys but they were just not answering. It came to the point where the only person you could ask was Pauline and Oliver. You were hesitant about asking the suspicious people in the first place, but you had no other choice.

"Hello?" A feminine voice answers from the other side.

"Mom! Hey, where are you guys? Is Tom okay?" Ell asks. The call was on speaker so you heard every single thing that was going on on the other side. You and Ell were huddled together on your bed.

"Tom's fine sweetie. Why do you want know where we are?"

Ah, answering the question with another question. A classic.

Ell looks at you with a worried look on her face.

You give her a nod.

"I'm just worried about the others. It's been a while since you guys left so—"

"They're fine, Ellie. There's nothing for you to be worried about. You should just sleep it off for tonight. We'll be back by tomorrow morning."

Pauline proceeds to hang up.

The atmosphere becomes stagnant. Pauline and Oliver are up to something and it's not good.

"(Y/N)," You turn your head to look at Ell. Her face was filled with a dark expression.

"Do you know what your blood type is?"

"That's a strange question...but no. I never really knew and I never really wondered."

There was another pause.

"...You see, I think my parents were talking about you earlier before dinner. I have no idea what they were talking about at first but...they were talking about someone with a rare blood that could cure disease. I don't really know what, but that someone is so special that they decided to send people to watch over them..."

"I don't seem to—"

"AIDEN! Th-they mentioned someone named Aiden! My parents also mentioned the last names of our classmates Paul and Patryck!"

"And you think they're all spying on me?" You said the sentence slowly and cautiously, your thoughts going all the way back to the first encounters you had with Unknown.

"Yes! They figured it out!" Patryck fist-bumps the air.

"You think (Y/N) will still be friends with us?" Paul frowns a bit at the possibility that you might cut your connections with them because of this.

"...Ah. I didn't think about that part..."

"Why would you guys care about that crap? It's because of your stupid emotional connection with her that I had to go and step in."

"Aiden, you're still working for them? Can't you tell they're up to no good?" Patryck asks.

"I don't care as long as I get the money. Why did YOU TWO, of all people, take this job if you're not gonna come through with it anyway?"

"We...also just needed the money...but that's all in the past now! We need to help them or else Mr. Gold might actually just turn them into experiments!" Paul says, looking determined.

Aiden ran her fingers through her dark and messy hair, "Experiments?"

"Tord was the one with being sensitive to all things mechanical, right? Who knows what Mr. Gold could do with that kind of ability." Paul explains with a smug smile on his face as Aiden falls silent.
