"Hey Casen," I smiled, stepping aside to let him in.
"H-Hey Lyric," he said, his trembling hands clasped around a bottle of sparkling cider. "I uh, I h-hope this is okay. I d-didn't know wh-what to b-bring."
"That's fine," I smiled, taking the bottle and placing it on the table. Casen just kind of awkwardly sat at the kitchen island, offering to help set the table, but I kept shooting him down.
"You're a guest," I insisted. "I can do it on my own."
When the table was set I called, "Dinners ready!" Zach came running downstairs at this and jumped into a chair. "Oh yes! You went all out Lyric I love you!" He jumped up, kissed my cheek and went back to sit down. It was at this point that he saw Casen. "Oh, hey um..."
"C-Casen," Casen mumbled, looking down.
"Ariana Grande Butera don't make me come up there!" I shouted, walking over to the stairs.
"Shouldn't it be Ariana Grande Summers now?" She called from upstairs.
"Now if you don't get your butt down here now for dinner!" I replied. She came skipping down the stairs and jumped into my arms.
"Hello there beautiful," I said in a sultry voice. She just giggled and kissed my cheek. I carried her over to the table before shouting, "Frankie James Grande! Dinner is ready and we ain't waiting for you!"
"I'm coming, jeez mom," he grumbled, coming downstairs. He sat next to Zach and Zach kissed his cheek.
The order of the table went Ariana, me and Casen on one side and Frankie and Zach on the other.
"This looks great," Ari said to me and I smiled before kissing her cheek.
"Alright everyone," I said as everyone served themselves. "This is Casen, my new best friend."
"What about me?" Frankie asked.
"You're my gay twin," I reminded him and he smiled. "Anyway, this is Casen, and I want to celebrate his promotion into my office as my assistant!" Everyone applauded while he blushed. "O-Only cause you t-transferred m-me."
"So? It's still gonna be fun working together," I promised.
"It's true," Ariana promised, laying a hand on my knee. "Lyric is pretty much the most fun person to work with in the office."
"I've been there for so long that I break rules and everyone pretends not to notice," I said. "And now you're working with me so I can guarantee that ninety percent of the time you won't get in trouble."
"Wh-What about the other t-ten percent?" He asked anxiously.
"I'm either not there to save you or we did something really fucking bad," I said, making everyone laugh.
As dinner went on, we all talked and laughed. Every time I went to say something to Casen, Ariana would always join in, putting her hand on my knee or my arm or something. She was jealous, and it was honestly really adorable. When dinner ended, I offered to drive Casen home.
"Oh, um th-thanks Lyric," he said quietly.
"Ari," I smirked. "You wanna come?"
"No," she snapped, crossing her arms across her chest and turning her chin up at us. I walked over and slipped my arms around her waist, kissing the side of her neck. "I love you princess."
"Yeah yeah, love you too," she grumbled and I laughed before kissing her neck again before grabbing my keys and leaving with Casen.
"So, how'd you like my crazy family?" I laughed as we backed out of the driveway.
"I-I d-d-don't think Ariana l-likes me t-too much," he stuttered, shaking.
"Nah, she's cool," I promised him. "She's just jealous. For the longest time her and her brother were my only friends. I honestly think it's cute how jealous she was."
"O-Oh," he mumbled, staring out of the window.
The drive was quiet, and I think Casen was grateful for that. No need for him to stutter through his sentences.
"Casen?" I asked as we drove up his block.
"Hmm?" He replied, turning to look at me.
"Why do you stutter, if you don't mind me asking?"
"I-I'm just a n-nervous wr-wreck," he mumbled sheepishly.
"It's fine," I smiled. "No need to be ashamed." He just smiled a bit and fidgeted with his sleeves.
When I pulled up to his house, he smiled and thanked me quietly.
"Anytime," I told him. "See you tomorrow?" He nodded and slipped out of the car before walking into his apartment building.
My drive back home was relatively short, and when I got home Ariana yanked me upstairs into our room. She shoved me onto our bed and straddled me, attacking my neck with kisses. I grasped at her hips and her ass, biting my lip to keep back any sounds of pleasure. After a few minutes she stopped, sitting up to look at me. She bit her lip cheekily before leaning back down, kissing every mark she made and would mumble, "Mine," with every spot she kissed. Then she moved back up to my lips, kissing me and mumbling, "Mine," between every kiss.
I was hers and she was mine. Nothing would ever change that.
