Chapter 4

Riker's POV

I was walking in the hall with my brother Rocky and my 2 best friends Raini and Calum. I heard someone arguing with some and I can recognize those voices anywhere.... it's my brother Ross and my best friend Laura. They hate each others guts and Laura is scared of Ross but I just wanted to see how she dealt with this. I stopped walking and listened to their conversation and so did everyone around them.

Ross: (slams Laura's books onto the ground and slaps her making her fall)

Riker, Rocky, Raini, & Calum: (not surprised he did that)

Ross: I'd watch your mouth if I were you (he growled)

Then he walked away leaving Laura on the ground in tears so obviously Rocky, Raini, Calum, and I ran up to her

Riker: (helps her up) Oh gosh Laur, are u okay?

Laura: (slowly nods still crying)

Rocky: Laur, I'm sorry Ross is being such an idiot to you, I thought he would act more like the rest of us but I guess not

Laura: it's fine... it not your fault (she says quietly)

Riker: hey Laur, look at me please

Laura looks up into his eyes and... Just. Gets. Lost in them

Riker: hey stop crying, it's okay (wipes her tears)

Laura: thank you Riker, your always there to help me

Rocky, Raini, & Calum: (clears there throats)

Laura: (turns to them) yeah yeah, you guys to but.... (turns to Riker) mostly Riker, thank you

Riker: no problem Laur!

Rocky, Raini, & Calum: ouch...

Just then we heard someone yell "HEY" so we all turned to where the yell came from and saw Ross heading towards us.... oh shit.
