Chapter 7

Laura's POV

I've been thinking all day about how that red-head said... about Ross being jealous. It's impossible for Ross to be jealous of me and Riker... right? Oh whatever, anyways... Riker invited me to his house to meet his parents, other siblings, and his family friend. Geez, how huge is that family? Anyways I accepted and decided to just go even though Ross is gonna be there. Well I have to start getting read now.

I take a short but hot shower, curl my hair, I put on black skinny jeans, a black and hot pink top, and my black converse. I walk downstairs and take my phone, purse, and keys and leave the house after saying bye to Vanessa.. I got to the Lynch's house and rang the doorbell Riker answered.

No one's POV

Riker: hey baby

Laura: hey sweetie

Riker: (kisses her) come on in

Laura: (walks in) wow... gorgeaus house

???: (walks in with ???) aw, thank you, you must be Laura, Riker's girlfriend, nice to meet you I'm there mom, call me Stormie, and this is there dad, call him Mark

Laura: hi Mark and Stormie, it's nice to meet you too

Mark: (whispers to Riker) she seems nice, she's a keep ;)

Riker: OKAY!!!! Let's go to the living room now haha....

Mark, Stormie, Laura, & Riker: (walk to the living room)

So we were just sitting there talking until Rocky, a blonde girl, 2 a brunette boys, and..... Ross walk in.

Riker: Laura, this is Rydel, Ryland, and Ellington Ratliff our family friend but call him Ratliff or Ell, guys this is my girlfriend Laura.

Ross: (jealous that Riker just called Laura his girlfriend)

Rydel: OMG LAURA I'VE BEEN WANTING TO MEET YOU EVER SINCE RIKER SAID THAT YOUR THE MOST BEAUTIFUL GIRL IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!! (runs up to her and hugs her)

Laura: (hugs back and looks at Rydel) when was that?

Rydel: how long have you 2 been friends?

Laura: about 2 years...

Rydel: he said it about 2 years ago

Riker: (blushes)

Laura: aw, thank you Riker (goes over to him and kisses him)

Riker: (kisses back)

Ross: (jealous as ever and his face turns red)

Rydel's POV

Aw, Laura and Riker are so cute together. While they were kissing everyone went to the dinning room for dinner except Ross, he was glaring at Laura and Riker kissing and his face was red.

Rydel: (looks at him weirdly)

Ross: (stops glaring and looks at Rydel and then runs upstairs to his room)

Well that was wei- WAIT NO ONE OMG I KNOW WHY HE DID THAT!!!!!!!!!!

Riker's POV

Laura finally pulls away because she ran out of breath. We look up and see everyone is gone

Laura: hey, where did everyone go?

Rocky: DINNING ROOM SO WE DIDN'T HAVE TO WATCH YOU 2 SUCK EACH OTHERS FACES!!!!!!!!!!!

I just roll my eyes at him and so does Laura and I take her hand and lead her to the dinning room. I was about to start eating when I noticed that Ross was missing... and I guess so did Ryland.

Ryland: hey, where's Ross?

Rydel: (hides her face)

Riker: (sees her) Rydel.... where's Ross?

Rydel: well... when u guys were su- kissing, he ran up stairs to his room and he looked like he was about to explode.

Laura's POV (short)

Oh no, not this again.... Is he really jealous of me and Riker. He can't be, can he?

Rydel's POV

I guess I should go talk to him cause I know why he stormed off.

Rydel: don't worry, I'll got talk to him

So I walk upstairs and into Ross' room to see him sitting on his bed strumming his guitar

Rydel: hey baby bro, what's wrong?

Ross: (still strumming) what are u talking about? Nothing wrong

Rydel: oh really? Then why did u storm out then? Seems to me like your jealous of Laura and Riker

Ross: (stops strumming his guitar) I-I'm not jealous

Rydel: OMG YOUR STUTTERING OMG U LIKE LAURA

Ross: SHH, okay maybe I like her a little

Rydel: aw, I SHIP IT!!!!! OMG RAURA

Ross: u what it and whats rau- whatever u said?

Rydel: of forget it, I can't believe you like Laura, but u always bully her, why do u bully her if u like her? And I thought u were dating someone?

Ross: how do u know I bully her...?

Rydel: Riker... anyways, I think u should try to get your girl

Ross: yeah, I'm gonna try but first I need to tell her I'm done bullying her

Ross' POV

I go downstairs and walk into the dinning room and I start talking

Ross: (clears throat) um... Laura

Everyone: (turns there attention towards Ross)

Laura: what is it Ross?

Ross: um... I wanted to say that I'm really sorry for leaving you and I miss being friends with you and that I'm done bullying you, I'm really sorry and I'm hoping you can forgive me

Laura: (gets up, walks to Ross, and hugs him) I forgive you

Ross: (slowly hugs back)

Riker: (kinda jealous)

Raura: (pull away from the hug)

Ross: I think this is the start of a great new friendship

Laura: yeah, totally great friendship

Riker: (smiles)

Rocky: (........ jealous).........
