Jotaro quickly rushed to the hospital. Visiting hours were finally open, so he went as quickly as humanly possible. Kakyoin had just gotten out of a surgery of some sort, nothing too major happened. However, it was the only way to patch up the wound the boy had, so they did it.
Jotaro checked in with the receptionist, she told him where the room was, then he was off. He was going to take the elevator, but all of them were jam-packed with people. So, he went up the escalators. Soon, Jotaro arrived at Kakyoin's room. When he opened the door to go see his boyfriend, a doctor stopped him.
"Kakyoin's high on the anesthesia that we gave him. We accidentally gave him too much." The doctor said.
"That's fine, as long as he isn't dead." Jotaro said, then pushed past the doctor. He then stood next to the side of the hospital bed that Kakyoin was in.
"Hey, Kak-"
"SHHH! I'm having a starting contest." Kakyoin mumbled.
"Oh, really? With who?"
"The wall." Kakyoin answered blankly. Jotaro smiled, then held his boyfriend's hand, who didn't seem to notice. After a few minutes, Kakyoin looked over at Jotaro. However, the redhead instantly started crying.
"Hey, Kak, what's wrong?" Jotaro asked.
"You're so fucking beautiful!" Kakyoin said, still sobbing. "Date me!"
"Kakyoin, we are dating. We're boyfriends."
"Really?!"
"Yes, Kakyoin. We're dating," Jotaro said. At that, the widest smile appeared over Kakyoin's face. "And I brought you something, too." Jotaro then pulled out Kakyoin's frog plush he had since he was a baby. When Kakyoin saw it, a goofy grin appeared on his face.
"Frogbert!" Kakyoin said, taking the frog. Jotaro smiled, then kissed his boyfriend's forehead. At this, Kakyoin stopped moving.
"Kakyoin?" Jotaro waved at hand in front of Kakyoin's face.
"I thought we weren't dating, Joot!" Kakyoin said.
"But we are?" Jotaro reassured. Kakyoin froze for another few seconds, then started crying again. Jotaro sighed.
This is gonna take a while...
