Kakyoin slowly walked up the stairs to go see his boyfriend to eat lunch. However, Kakyoin was feeling nervous, but he needed to do this. Slowly, he pushed open the door and saw Jotaro waiting for him on the bench they usually sit at. Kakyoin nervously waved hello and silently walked over and sat down.
"Umm... Jotaro. I have something to tell you." Kakyoin said.
"Oh? What is it?" Jotaro questioned, popping a rice ball in his mouth.
"Uhh, starting tomorrow I won't be in school for two or three weeks," That instantly made Jotaro worry, but he listened intently. "Because I'm getting top surgery."
There was a silence, a silence that Kakyoin didn't like. Eventually, Jotaro spoke up.
"So... you're trans?" Jotaro asked. Kakyoin nodded. Jotaro nodded also, then hugged Kakyoin.
"J-Jotaro...?!"
"I just want to let you know... I'll never see you as a woman. I'll always see you as a man. You're my boyfriend for gods sake! If you need anything, I'll be here." Jotaro said, making Kakyoin smile.

It was about one and a half weeks since Kakyoin got his top surgery, and Jotaro was on his way to visit his boyfriend for the first time after surgery. The raven-haired teen soon arrived at Kakyoin's doorstep and rung the doorbell. Soon, one of Kakyoin's moms showed up, then the other one behind her.
"Hi Mrs. Kakyoin, hi Mrs. Kakyoin. Where's Nori?" Jotaro asked.
"He's just on the couch. Please be quiet when you speak to him." She said. Jotaro nodded, then Kakyoin's moms moved out of the way. Jotaro then removed his shoes and looked at the couch. There, he saw Kakyoin wrapped in a big mountain of blankets, pillows, and stuffed animals. His hair noodle was poking out of the top, along with the light of his Gameboy.
Jotaro smiled, then went to sit next to his recovering boyfriend. The shifting weight of the couch caused Kakyoin to poke his head out of the blankets. Well, not his head, but just his eyes. When he saw Jotaro, his eyes lit up in excitement and he poked the rest of his face out.
"How are you feeling?" Jotaro asked, kissing his boyfriend.
"Great! My tiddies are finally gone!" Kakyoin said, smiling widely. Jotaro smiled widely as well. "I still don't have a dick, though." Kakyoin comment, causing Jotaro to start giggling. Soon, the two broke out into a giggling fit.
"By the way," Kakyoin said, looking at his boyfriend. "Thank you for supporting me."
