As the bus pulled up to the school parking lot, the sight of the school yard was frightening. Kids were yelling at each other and pushing each other around. When Kaitlyn got off the bus she was overwhelmed with a herd of angry teenagers making there way to their first class.

She pushed her way out of the crowd and brushed herself off. She took out her schedule that she wrote on some paper and looked down...

ENGLISH! "I love writing," She said with joy. Writing had always been an escape for Kaitlyn when she was feeling sad or lonely.

As she tucked her schedule away and started walking to her first class at the top of the building, she heard a subtle yet startling voice. "Well look at what we got here." A group of 6 teenage boys, all taller than Kaitlyn, walked out from behind the walls. They were blocking the only entrance to the building. She could see that these boys were definitely older then her. "Who are you?" Kaitlyn asked in a trembling voice. "Shut it," one of them said. "Been awhile since we've had a new kid at this school. I think we should show her some hospitality," said Ryan, the leader of the group, as an evil grin covered his face.

Kaitlyn had no time to react before they grabbed her by her backpack and swung her from side to side. She hit the wall with a hard bash to her head. The concussion she had, made her forget where she was for a hot minute. Her eye sight was blurry from the injury and all she could see was dark figures standing above her. When her backpack came off, they dumped everything out including all the personnel stories she had written. When they picked them up they were confused for a minute, but as they skimmed them over, they burst out laughing. "Your a sad and pathetic excuse for a human being," ryan, said as he ripped them up and threw them on the ground. Though she was fighting back tears, she heard the slightest voice in the distance. "HEY YOU, GET TO CLASS, NOW!" She thought that voice might belong to an administrator and would come to help, but he just went back inside as she lay bleeding on the ground. Before the boys left, Ryan got down on the ground beside her, held her head up by her hair and whispered with a monstrous voice "This isn't over freak."
