My mother yells from downstairs, little does she know I never went to bed. Hard to fell asleep when you just found out that your dad has been sleeping around with your BEST FREND'S MOM! I sit for a moment, still shocked at everything that has happened. Eventually I graduate from my disbelief and get in the shower. Once I get out I pick out some skinny jeans and my grey nike sweatshirt. I get downstairs to find my mom cooking eggs and bacon.
Mom: Goodmorning, honey. How did you sleep?
Me: Morning. How did I sleep? It's funny because I'm not sure what that is anymore.I say with a little sarcasm behind it.
Once I look up from my phone I notice she isn't even paying attention to me. I just roll my eyes and go back to looking at twitter.
I feel a strong hand squeeze my shoulders but I already know it's my brother, Rashard. He is 17 and a junoir at Stoney Creek High where I also go. By the way, I'm a sophomore. Once my brother and I finished breakfast, we headed to school.
