His black raven hair blew in the wind,his red eyes pinned on the defeated Uchiha, it was a good battle,a very good battle indeed. It took everything he had,and then some. He was pretty sure that major damage had just been done to his eyes.
'I'v never been pushed this far.' Itachi thought to him self. He started to slowly make his way over to Sakura,who was already making her way to him.
Itachi closely looked at Sakura as she made her way over to him, how she seemed to glide with every step she took, how even when she has blood dripping and running all around her,she looked stunning.
Sakura pulls Itachi into a hug. It was a magical moment for the two. It was like darkness has finally meat the light,and that's exactly how Itachi felt.
"I'm so glad you're ok."Sakura whispered into Itachis ear,her hot breath hitting his cold ear. He couldn't help but smile. He seems to smile a lot when she is around.
"As long as you're safe,it was all worth it." Itachi's romantic words sounded like music to Sakura's ears. She loved this side of him,eh who is she trying to kid? She loved him. Sakura Haruno loves Itachi Uchiha.
And now they can start their happily ever after.
Holding Sakura close, Itachi turned his head to the side a little, And kissed Sakura gently. Sakura instantly kissed back. All those lonely nights crying herself to sleep, it was all behind her. Now she had her Itachi, And she'll be damned if she's going to let him slip threw her fingers again.
Someone cleared their throat. The couple broke their kiss,but didn't pull away from each other.Standing in front of them was a slightly bloody, And slightly awkward looking Deidara.
"We've killed all of Madaras men, and I'm assuming that you all killed him," Deidara said kicking Madaras lifeless body.
"So, now what?"
Itachi's p.o.v.
The only thing I want to do now is make Sakura happy. Her life has been filled with enough sadness,its time for her to finally be happy.
"The Akatsuki will meet at hide out H in one week. Until then, I think we all deserve a vacation." Pein answered while pulling Konon closer to him.
★ three hours later still in Itachis p.o.v.★
Since the building where we were staying,kind of got destroyed,we had to move to a different place. We ended up staying at a cozy little inn. It was a small little room, just has a small little kitchen, A bathroom the size of a closet, and a bed on the far wall. Their was a small closet,but it didn't really hold anything.
Sakura was in the kitchen making boiled rice and soup. It smelled amazing. How I was lucky enough to not only land the most beautiful and strongest ninja, but also the best cook. She looks happy when she's cooking. I walk up behind her, She turns and greats me with a warm smile.
"Hey Itachi." She sounds so happy and down to earth.
"Hello Sakura" I said as I wrapped my arms around her." I think we need to make up from lost time." I whispered into her ear. Her only reply was a giggle. I guess that's a yes then.
