Day 16 (it's a time skip.)

         Taehyun is in the hallways, waiting for Huening Kai to arrive. It's time for them to go home now. Taehyun with a heavy heart, he still go to school, make himself busy, not making any contact with the others. He became a loner. He won't also open up to his best friend or go to Soobin's house, he is hiding to Yeonjun whenever he's arriving, same with Beomgyu.

Beomgyu...

He doesn't want to see the older. He even made himself a limitation, never go to Art Major building. He sighed. It's been 5 days since he did this. Huening Kai chooses not to asked any further. Usually he would just talked and talked until they arrived home. Huening Kai would stand to Taehyun's house 5 minutes longer to make sure he's fine.

They heard it all.

When Beomgyu rejected him.

He felt pity for his hyung. "Hyung!." He happily shouted. Taehyun flashes him a forced smile. "I waited for you for 30 minutes aish— did you get yourself into trouble again?" Taehyun asked him. He shaked his head. "Hyung, let's go to frappé shop today."

Trap...

Taehyun thinked of it as a trap, Huening Kai probably contacted Yeonjun and others to join them. "I'm kind of busy. I need to pass three composed song tomorrow." Taehyun lied. Huening Kai look down. He just wanted to him up but guess it's a failure.

They walked outside the school, Huening Kai, again would talk so much and tell him a story. But then...

"Yah, Taehyun-hyung where are you going?." Huening Kai frowned. "I forgot something in the classroom, go home without me. See ya!."

He sighed. He then look around and saw Yeonjun and Beomgyu with Soobin. He approaches them. "Where is Taehyun?." Yeonjun asked. Huening Kai look at Beomgyu who's looking at Music Major building. "U-Uh... He went home already." He lied again.

He think that god would never forgive him as he lied two times in a row now. Huening Kai wanted to jump into tub of holy water and cleanse his sin for fucking gracious why can't they just talk right?

"He's busy these past few days. He won't even steal a glance on me whenever he passes to Student Council room, or in cafeteria." Soobin said while they are walking home. "Maybe because you're with Yeonjun hyung..." Huening Kai muttered sadly. They stopped from walking.

"You wanted to say something youngest?." Yeonjun pat his shoulder. Huening Kai can't take it anymore. "Taehyun is not being himself..." He started, Beomgyu look away but obviously he is listening. "When we came back from Beomgyu's house and go to school as per he requested, he hadn't get any sleep and he bring too much Ice creams and gave it to his classmates, teachers and other students in music major." Soobin made an "oh" shaped with his mouth. Probably the ice cream he ate that day he doesn't even knew where did it came from.

"The next day, he became busy. Ryujin, his classmate said that Taehyun refuses to answer recitations and his quiz went low. He is not the smart ass Taehyun anymore. His classmates won't even steal a glance on him, he looks so stressed over something." Huening Kai continued. "Then, I asked him to go with me in arcade, our favourite teokbokki store, frappé shop and mall but he still refuses saying he is busy with this and those deadlines. Completely he is lying."

"Maybe... He just need some time." Soobin bit his lower lip after saying that. "He's broken hearted, noting this is his first heartbreak and Beomgyu is his first love." Yeonjun said. They all look at Beomgyu who's frowing.

"Why did you betray your feelings?." Soobin asked. But Beomgyu just passed by and continued walking. "Yah! I am asking you young kid!." Soobin shouted but Beomgyu won't listen. He sighed. "Guys, let's just talk tomorrow, in the rooftop. See ya!." Soobin ran away.

"Maybe we should talk to Taehyun." Yeonjun suggested as they walked to Taehyun's house.

On the other hand, Soobin keep shouting at Beomgyu who's completely ignoring him. "Don't you feel any pain?."

That made Beomgyu stopped. Soobin sighed. "Don't you feel any pain? You said you will protect Taehyun but you're the one who hurted him—" "That's why I did that." Beomgyu cutted Soobin off, turning around.

This is the first time Soobin could see Beomgyu's expression being like that. The way his lips turned, now red cheeks.

Teary eyed. Beomgyu is crying.

And he doesn't know how many days he's been like this.

"I just..." Soobin shushed him and hug him tightly. "Why didn't you tell me anything?." Soobin asked, Beomgyu could only release, whimper, cries and hiccups. "I just... I just wanted to protect h-him. Hyung..."

"I know... But Beomgyu. You're betraying your feelings." Soobin said. "I would protect Taehyun, hyung. I will protect him even if it hurts me.

Even...

Even if I had to leave him for good I'll do it."

Soobin frowned, he look at Beomgyu closely. "Yah! Taehyun wouldn't love that!."

Beomgyu wipes his tears. "But what should I do? Hyung I am confused with my own feelings too."

"You love him, why would you still denied it?." Soobin chuckled. "Do you want to die huh? Why are you laughing?" Beomgyu asked between his cries. "Cheese sauce—" Soobin quickly shut his mouth as he saw Beomgyu glared on him.

"I don't know if this is love hyung. But I hurted him." Beomgyu said. "Maybe you just need some time confirming it."

"But I don't want to lose Taehyun! What if... What if he found someone while I am here taking my time to confirm everything!." Beomgyu asked, looking at Soobin. That rings a bell.

Soobin smiled so sweetly at Beomgyu cause what the hell he found his plan so perfectly. All he need to do is to tell this to Yeonjun and the youngest.

Soobin is now in his room. He made a group chat with Huening Kai and Yeonjun. Now they are in group video call.

"Oh, I didn't know you're taking a shower." Yeonjun snickered at Huening Kai who just went out on the shower. "I'm sorry I don't stink like you." Huening Kai snapped. "Yah... Your language!."

"Where's Beomgyu?" Huening Kai asked Soobin. "He's in his room. I have a plan guys, yah Yeonjun don't turn off the video call or you won't receive any proper treatment coming from me anymore." Soobin said as he ate his bread.

"What is it hyung?." Huening Kai asked. Soobin grinned.

"Who wants to date Taehyun, please raise your hand." Soobin clap, Yeonjun cringed and Huening Kai is having a hard time to sink everything.

"Let's just sleep, this conversation is pointless." Yeonjun said in disgust look. "Yah! Taehyun is handsome why are you like that?!." Soobin frowned. "I like young people but not as young as Taehyun, for pete sake Soobin. I am 4th year and he's just a freshman. That's child abuse!."

"Yah! Why are you so over reacting bitch—" "Beomgyu will surely kill me!." Yeonjun interrupted him. That left Soobin no choice. "Huening Kai... Can you?"

"Um... Hyung, all I need to do is to become touchy bitchy with Taehyun hyung right? Make Beomgyu jealous..." Huening Kai asked, Soobin smiled and nodded

"Okay, I'll try to become the best date Taehyun hyung would ever had."
