"Rodrick it's only 2 days" you said calmly through the phone.
"Don't you think I know that." He said upset "but your going to be with him, alone."
"Rodrick were not gonna be alone." You rolled your eyes, even though he couldn't see you.

Your parents had became friends with Mr and Mrs Stanley who lived a few doors down from you. They also just happened to be Jack's parents. The two families got along so well they planed a camping trip for the weekend together, and you were forced to go.

"Rodrick, will it make you feel better if I ask if you can come?" You sighed
"In matter of fact it would." He said still angry. "I don't trust that kid."
"I'll call you back in a sec," you said
"Fine" He said in a monotone voice
"Bye dummy" and before he could respond you hung up.

"Mom?" You called into the seemingly empty house.
"Yes?" She replied in the kitchen.
"Hey I was just wondering if my friend can come camping with us." You asked in the nicest voice possible.
"Oh well sure, I bet she's very nice." Your mom said looking down at her phone. You hesitated.
"Actually I was thinking Rodrick, from next door." You fiddled with your fingers nervously.
Your mom looked up and was quiet for a second in deep thought.
"I have a better idea" your mom smiled. "Why don't you invite there whole family to come."
"Hm. That's a great idea." You smiled, even better now Greg can come too. "I will go ask them"

You walked over to the Heffley's house and knocked on the door.
"Oh hey y/n" Greg smiled as he opened the door.
"Hey, I actually need to talk to your mom." You let out a nervous laugh.
"Sure" He said letting you in
You walked inside to the kitchen where Mrs. Heffley was typing on a computer.
"Oh, Hello y/n what a nice surprise" she said looking up.
"Hi, so uh-." You paused "my family and a the Stanley's from down the road was wondering if you guys wanted to join us for camping this weekend." You said politely
Mrs. Heffley smiled and shut her laptop.
"Sounds fun, I'm sure the boys will enjoy it," she laughed.

You thanked her and made your way up to Rodricks room.
You knocked on the door quietly remembering that he doesn't know your over.
"Not now mom," He said quickly
You opened the door and stepped inside.
Rodrick was laying on the floor looking at his phone.
"Hey" You said timidly
Rodrick shot up and ran towards you. He engulfed you in his arms picking you up
"You didn't call back" he sighed.
"sorry" you giggled "but I have good and bad news," you backed away from him.
"Go on." He said confused
"You get to go camping with us" he smiled and brushed a piece of your hair behind your ear.
"Good" He whispered
"But the bad news is that your whole family is also going." Rodrick froze and than let out a annoyed sigh.
"Even Greg?" He frowned.
"Oh stop it, I love your brother." You laughed. In a split second he grabbed you and harshly pushed you against the door. Lust shot through your body as Rodricks hand tightened around your neck.
"Don't ever say that again," he spat angrily.
You gave a small nod and he released you turning away sharply.
"Rodrick-" You said panting, you grabbed his hand and led him to his bed. "Calm down" you laid down and he rested his head on your chest, and you began to softly play with his hair. He remained quiet but his face seemed to relax and your touch.

He flipped over and gave you a short kiss.
"I should go home soon, and you should start packing." You smiled and ran your thumb across his lips softly.
He nodded and didn't say anything when you got up and left.

3 days passed and it was finally the weekend, you haven't seen or talked to Rodrick since the day you told him he can go camping with you. You were out of your mind excited to spend a whole weekend on a lake camping with one of your best friends Greg, oh and Rodrick.

It's 6 am and your eyelids felt as heavy
"Y/n" we don't have enough room in the backseat with all of the food and camping stuff, but the Heffleys said you could ride with them. You just nodded and made your way over to the Heffleys drive way.

"Hey baby" Rodrick smiled having a lot of energy, which was very surprising to you because of how early it was.
"Shhh to loud," you groaned. He just grabbed you hand and lead you to there mini van. Greg was already in the car looking as tired as you were.
"Hey dude," you said to Greg.
"Y/n"? You riding with us" he asked.
"Apparently" You said as you made your way to the middle seat. Rodrick followed and shut the door behind him.

Mr. and Mrs. Heffley got in the car.
"Who's ready to go camping" she said happily and loudly. Mrs. Heffley has so much energy it was almost annoying, she played some cd with all children's music for Manny.

You moved your hand to the side of your thigh next to Rodrick. He of course noticed this and laced his fingers between yours. You closed your eyes hoping to sleep for the rest of the car ride.

When you woke up you were at the camp site but you felt weight on your shoulder. You looked over to see that Greg had fallen asleep on you. You just giggled and stoked his hair until he woke up.
"We're here" You said and he smiled.
You looked over to Rodrick who was acting like a jealous puppy again and you pecked him on the cheek, he relaxed a-little and got out of the car. Standing next to a white pick up truck was no other than Jack but he was only wearing some shorts and a bucket hat. Your eyes flew to his body he was perfectly toned and handsome, with curly black hair that moved slightly with the breeze. He smiled at you and you waved. Rodrick saw you starring and he approached Jack swiftly with his teeth clenching and fists in balls.
