His fist came to a stop right before meeting Oikawas face. My whole body was stiff, frozen in fear. "Tsk..whatever. Just stay away from (y/n)." Kageyamas voice was deep and heavy. In the distance one of the the Abo Joshai memebers comes up. "Come on Crappykawa its time to go. The coach is taking us out to get food for winning the game." "Be right there Iwa-chan." Kageyama stands back while Oikawa walks away. "Call me later princess~" His words made me finch. I quickly turn to Kageyama. "Thank you for helping me Kageyama." "Stay away from him." He was still mad, but I couldn't tell if it was because of Oikawa or losing the game. "Are you feeling okay?" "Im fine." Hes words felt emotionless. Without warning tears flow down my cheeks. Kageyama imidently noticed and began to worry. "(Y/n) whats wrong? Are you okay?" The embarrassment I felt was unbearable. I was so scared something bad was gonna happen. "I-im sorry! Are you okay?" "Baka.. I was so scared.." "(Y/n) I'm sorry I just didnt want you to get hu-" I cut him off with a hug as my tears flowed down my cheeks.
~~~KAYEYAMAS POV~~~
She huged me softly yet it was full of emotion. I could feel my guilt building up. "(Y/n).." I put my hand on her head and slowly stroked through her (h/c) hair. "B-baka.." Her words only made my guilt bigger. "Im sorry (y/n), is there anything I can do to make it up to you..?" I didnt want to just leave her crying, I wanted to help her. It was quiet for awhile before she spoke. "Food." "Food?" Her answer surprised me. "Yes. I want food." I laughed a bit from her determination to get food. "Heh ok lets get you some food." I quickly picked her up in my arms(bridal style?). "W-what are you doing..?" Her innocent experation was adorable.. "Well I feel really bad for making you cry so I want you to feel better.." "My legs are fine though" "I-um..I just really wanted to pick you up okay? I can put you down if you want tho-" "N-no I dont mind." She replyed quickly with slight blush on her cheeks. I carried her to a near store and ordered us some food. I let her down at a table as we both took a seat, some time later our food came. "Are you feeling better (y/n)?" "Mmhmm this food is really good. Thanks Kags." "Kags?" She giggled and explained how its my new nickname. I smiled seeing her this happy. Time went by and the waitress came up to us with a milkshake with two straws in it. "We didnt order this..?" "Its on the house. The chef saw how cute of a couple you two were and wanted to make your date extra special." She said with a smile. We both looked at each other and I saw how flustered she was. Before I could say anything the waitress walked away. I turned back to the table and..the milkshake. I looked up at (y/n), she was a blushing mess. "Um.. Im sorry I didnt know this would happen." "N-no its okay." The awkward scilence was killing me. "Well...we shouldnt let the milkshake go to waste.." She pulled the milkshake a bit closer to her and lightly grabbed the straw facing her. Her actions were surprising and made my face light up in pink. She seemed shy despite being so brave. I followed her actions and lightly grabbed the straw towards me. Slowly she drank some of the shake as I did the same. The moment was very awkward yet very sweet.
~~~(Y/N) POV~~~
I slowly drank the milkshake still flustered at the fact this is happening. My heart felt so heavy when beating so fast. Not only that, but I knew my face was just as red as the cherry on top of the shake. We were so close, it felt unreal. Without realising it I was staring at him, at his cute expression. He noticed me staring and I just laughed. "Whats so funny?" I paused before I looked him in the eyes with a smile. I could tell he was confused but didnt seem to bothered by it. Even if this isn't a date, Im glad I'm am to spend this time with him. Suddenly Kageyamas phone startes ringing, its Ukai-sensei. He answers the call and imdently yelling can be heard from miles away. Some time later Kags ends the call looking very..scared. "His mad a ran off without telling him, he wants me to come back." Instant guilt filled my body. "Im so sorry for getting you in trouble!" He looks at me and gives a slight smile, I can telling his being working on his smile. "Dont worry about it. I- Im glad i was able to s-spend this time with you." His words were kind and sweet making me smile. "Im glad too." "We should hurry back before he getting more mad." I nod in agreement as we both make our way out of the restaurant.
~~~KAGEYAMAS POV~~~
We make our way out and started walking back towards the school. "Ah, wait I forgot something!" I turn around to see (Y/N) looking up at me. "Oh what is it?" Without warning she kisses me on my cheek. I was so caught off guard by this yet my face turned bright red. "B-boke! W-what was that?!" "A little thank you gift for making me feel better." Her answer was so..adorable. I looked at her and saw her pure smile with light blush on her cheeks. "Too c-cute.." I mumbled to myself. "Hmm? What was that?~" "Your smile. Its really nice.." I knew this would catch her by surprise so I took it as a bit of pay back. "I- oh. T- thank."
After that we made it to the gym where a long letcher was waiting for me.
