???'s POV

"Lucario end this with aura sphere" shouted Lucario's trainer. "Charizard use-" I start to yell. However, before I could finish Charizard, had fainted. "Return. You were great Charizard" I say returning him. "You still have a lot to learn son," said my dad, coming toward me. " yeah I know" I smile.

"Dad, when are you going to come home with me?" I questioned as we ate our lunch. He gazes towards the sky and smiles. "On your brothers birthday. I heard he won the Kalos league."

(In this Ash won)

"Really!" I smile when hearing this. "I'm so proud of him."

*Phone rings*

"Hold on a sec dad," I say.

Red: Hi mom

Red: How are you

Delia: (doesn't say anything)

Red: Mom?

Red: A-are you crying?

Delia: Red honey! please come back quickly

Delia: Something terrible has happened

Red: What is it mom are you okay is Ash okay

Delia: Please just come back

Delia: I'll explain everything just come home

*Phone Ends*

"What's wrong Red is everything okay. Tell me" questions dad seconds later. I gaze towards him in confusion and worriedness. "We have to go back something has happened; Mom was crying so much she said she'll explain everything when I get back" I explain. Dad gets up from where he was sitting and step forward.

"Alakazam come on out," yelled Dad and a yellow Pokémon comes out. "Let's go Red." Quickly I packed up everything and stood by with him. Within seconds we were teleported back to our home in Pallet Town. "Red you go in first" Dad rubs his neck. He usually does this If he's nervous or trying to figure something out. "Okay," I smile and open the door. 

The first I notice when I enter is the number of shoes that were near the stairs. "Guess we have some guest," I say to myself. Dad waits outside and tells me that he would come in later. He and Mom have been separated for quite a long time now. "Red!" shouts Mom as soon as she sees me. "Mom..." I hug her back. We walk into the living room to see Gary and some other people I haven't seen before. " Red it's been a long time since I saw you," Gary says coming towards me. " Yeah, you're right" I smile " and who are these people."

Gary looks back then to me. "They are Ash's friends" I look from one face to another all having the same expression. "I'll go check on Ash..." I start to go up the stairs but, Gary stops me.

"You won't find him there..."
