(Hamilton's P.O.V)
I throw myself on my bed as I let out exhausted breathes. The sun radiating in my room indicates it's a nice day today to go for my usual jog but my legs betray me as pain pumps through them.
Tennis practice today was really tiring, and Coach made it worse by making us run 5 extra laps just because someone made fun of him farting.
Like bro.
I close my eyes for a minute as I endure the numbness of my body, easing by the comfort of my bed.
I open my eyes instantly as I hear my phone's ring tone echo around the 4 walls of this room.
I picked up my phone and put it above my eyes and a smile crept its way on my face as the name 'Chocolate 🍫' appeared in front of me.
I answered the call and placed it on my ear, "Chocolate!" I shouted onto the phone.
"Ham!" She shouted back in the same tone.
"You finally called!"
"And I feel like I'm going to regret this!"
"Seriously?" I added, blankly.
Her laugh erupted through my phone, making me smile wider.
Its always a good feeling, making someone laugh, making them forget about about everything for a while before they come back to reality. Its a really nice feeling.
"Anyway, Connor came back home today and I thought that we should visit him later on. You coming?
"Yep. I can't leave my favourite Corn hanging."
She scoffed and i could imagine her rolling her eyes, "Of course you won't."
"Anyway, I'll see you there then."
"Yeah, bye Ham."
"Bye Chocolate!"
With that said, i hung up on the call and put my phone back on my table, a sigh leaving my lips.
Today Lorelie and I were supposed to finish our song but after what happened at school, i don't think we'll ever want to see each other again.
Flashback:
"Look, i want nothing to do with your girlfriend. We were partnered up for a project and we have to finish it today. The due date passed." I said to Victor.
"You're just using that as an excuse to see her." He folded his arms and i clenched my jaw, getting irritated at how stubborn this guy is.
"If you think so, then why don't you ask her?"
He scoffed, leaving a disapproving smile, "You probably told her to say that to me."
By this point I was furious and i grabbed the collar of his shirt, starring immensely into his eyes.
He laughed and i just kept on starring at him, narrowing my eyes.
"Aww, is mommy's boy fighting for his girl?" He taunted.
I started breathing heavily and i raised my fist, swinging it to make contact with his left cheek.
He winced and touched the area where i punched him, looking at me with red blood shot eyes before throwing a punch to my right cheek.
I closed my eyes, absorbing the pain radiating on my cheek. My eyes quickly opened and i was about to kick Victor's balls, if someone didn't pull me back.
"Let me go." I said, trying my hardest to get out of this person's grip.
"No." A familiar female voice said. I turned to see Lorelie looking at me with pain in her eyes.
