quality time

E-I'm walking down the hall with my hand in my hair trying to think then I reach Bella hospital room again for the fourth time today I think I'm not sure I lost count reach for the door knob and open the door and I see the most amazing sight Anthony curled up to his mom with her arm securely around him I secretly take a picture before walking in I walked in and Bella smiles at hey Eddie hey beautiful I said she blushed Bella why did you tell me I would be there for you I have many different reasons for not telling people I didn't tell my father Edward because I felt like a failure doesn't tell you because what if you want or baby not ready a baby and Some how messed with your career I couldn't do that to you in the world not when you were just starting out I mean look at you you're one of the youngest Peds surgeons in the country Bella yes I was starting a new career but so were you and you were pregnant 19 alone that's the way I wanted Edward I couldn't take anybody's judgment or pitty what about Emmett Edward the only reason Emmett knew I was pregnant was because he was persistent her needing me he had just moved to Phoenix and he knew I lived there in the past so he took a shot in the dark asked to meet me and she wouldn't take no for an answer so I met him he was shocked to say the least but he was there for me then 2 weeks later September 10th I went into labor because of an earthquake earthquake caused me to fall to the floor really hard 30 minutes later contraction hit like a knife in the back so after I got through some contractions I got back on the bed and a really horrible contraction hit they broke my water but it wasn't only water it was blood lots of it so at this point I was scared for Anthony and I knew I wasn't going to make it to hospital then the floor started to shake again and again and I lost my balance got stuck between the wall and my bed and as soon as the floor stop shaking and everything stopped moving I tried to remove myself from the wall back to my bed and I was successful but my labor progressed faster than I thought it would,another contraction and I waited it out and then when I compose myself I grabbed my phone and call Emmett explain to everything and another contraction hit while on the phone with him and he said he was on his way took him 30 minutes to get there by the time he got there Anthony's head was crowning there was blood everywhere I got into my apartment and came to my room he stopped at the doorway for a minute then walked up to me pick me up very carefully then take me to the bathroom check me and went back to my room I took everything off the bed except for the fitted sheets and pick me up from the bathroom floor and walked back to the room then he checked me again to make sure Anthony was still in place and then he put on some gloves and told me to push push hard and he told me that several times so I did as I was told and then Anthony was born and I blacked out and that's all I remember till I get to the hospital where Emmett came to see me after he checked on the baby I had surgery for internal bleeding and 3 blood transfusions he said and then month after Anthony was born I want is diagnosed with severe panic attacks also it's fair to say I hate earthquakes he laughed at that he's like yeah I bet you do then he looked at me and Anthony like we were going to disappear I looked at him again Edward you're not going anywhere then he look down tears welled up in his eyes and a couple have shed I scoot over in the bed to make room for Edward and I tapped bed and say come join us you look like you can use sleep then I pick Anthony up put him on my chest Edward walks up to that side of the bed takes off his shoes and his doctor coat leaving him the scrubs on he lays down and takes Anthony from my chest and puts himbetween us with our arms around him

C- no one has seen Edward in 2 hours but I'm pretty sure I know where he is there's only one place you can be right now so I walked down the hall to Bella room open the door and see the best thing I have see in 2 years Edward asleep with his family in his arms, he's been miserable since Bella left so having her back means getting him back, and I can't wait to see what kinda father Edward will be but I have no doubt he will be a great one.then Bella wakes up she looks at him and takes her hand and put it through his hair and then kisses his forehead and then kisses her baby's forehead and turns her head towards me, hi dad what's up, nothing no one can find Edward so I figured he was in here oh yeah sorry, I laughed it's ok sweetheart it looks like he needs the sleep I say to her and she get up and says so my first day back I passed out great she goes through when I assume is her version of a diaper bag and pulls out a onesie and diaper and a bottle and formula and she looks at me and says I'm going to go change him can you make the bottle she then goes to grab Anthony out of Edwards arms but wakes Edward up first so not to spook him

B- I wake up Edward but he's too muscular and is like a rock so I leaned in and kiss his lips and that he responds to Edward I have to go and change Anthony mmm he mumbles I kiss him one more time and take Anthony to the restroom so I can change and by the time I returned Carlisle is back with the bottle and Esme I take the bottle I thank Carlisle he smiles and I sit back down on the bed and put the bottle to Anthony's lips and at first he doesn't react but then he opens his eyes and he stares at me and then he opens his mouth just a little for me to put the bottle in his mouth and starts to suck down the bottle and I look and see Esme with tears in her eyes, I look down for a second and Anthony finish his bottle I take the bottle and put it in my duffel bag and then I get up and give Anthony to dad and hug Esme she cries I cry and whisper in her ear I'm sorry Mama I'm sorry she's then pulls out of the hug and says it's okay sweetheart your back now, and hug me again.
