Chapter 3

"Kailee! Jandi! Breakfast!" Omma yelled.

I got up at the same time as Jandi, and we stumbled out the bedroom door.

"Joheun achim, girls!" Oppa said happily.

"Joheun achim." I grunted rubbing my eyes.

"Your curls held pretty well through the night. I'll fix them up a little bit before you leave." Omma said pushing hair out of my face.

"You seem to really like her, Omma." Jandi said before stuffing food in her mouth.

"Yes! I have two daughters now!" She said squeezing my cheeks.

"Does this mean I can call her Onni?" Kangsan asked.

"That is up to Jandi and Kailee." Oppa said with a mouth full.

"You girls have to get ready to go or you'll be late." Omma said looking at the clock hanging on the wall.

Jandi and I got up, and grabbed our uniforms and put them on. Omma pulled me to the bathroom, and fixed my beach curls. I grabbed my bookbag and phone on the way out the door. I looked down at my phone while walking with Jandi.

8:00 am

JK: We're still meeting today right?

Kay: Yeah. Unless you're a no show.

JK: That won't happen. You have Tae's number too, why haven't you said anything to him?

Kay: I don't have anything to say to him.

JK: Hm, I see. You have a favorite ;)

Kay: No. Definitely not. I just tolerate you because I had the dumb idea to text you.

JK: It's okay to admit you like me more. I get it all the time.

Kay: Why would I lie to an idol?

JK: You consider me your idol? I feel special.

Kay: I used the wrong word, but you get what I mean.

JK: Mhm, I'll see you at 5 ;)

Kay: Stop sending me that winky face you creep.

I shoved my phone in my bookbag, and let out a small huff.

"Who was that?" Jandi asked looking over at me, "They seem to get on your nerves."

"It was no one.. Just something my friend showed me." I lied.

I didn't want Jandi to know I was talking to any of the guys from Bts. Knowing how much they are hated here I wasn't sure if she hated them or not.

"You mean a friend from America? That's so cool. You have international friends." She smiled while looking at the ground.

"You have an international friend now, too" I said patting her back.

"Yeah, I guess you're right." She looked over at me.

We got to school, and went through the front door. We stood in the same spot as yesterday knowing that F4 was going to be coming in soon. I put my hands in my pocket, and realized I still had Jihoo's tissue from yesterday.

"I'm sure-" Jandi started to say, but girls started screaming and running to the door.

We shared a look.

"You were about to say that, weren't you?" I asked.

"Yep." She said.

Junpyo and F4 walked through the doors. At first I thought I would be able to scoot away without him seeing me, but then I remembered I pretty much tower over all of the girls here. Junpyo looked at me, and Jandi, and pushed through the girls walking toward us.
