ASHTYN'S POV

When I say that was the longest train ride in history, I'm telling you ughh I sat in my seat the whole time not once did I get up not even to use the restroom.

As we came to our stop in Georgia I started to get butterflies in my stomach. I'm really going to meet my dad after 15 years. I grabbed my carryon and walked off to grab my other belongings, after I got everything I walked to the nearest diner so I could eat something before I called a taxi.

I walked to a booth in the back and took a seat. It didn't take the waiter long to come take my order, after about a long 20 minutes he came back with my food.

Here's your Burger and Fries, I'll bring you the milkshake in about a minute. He said while walking away

Couple minutes later my chocolate milkshake was brought to me. I finished all my food a little while after that downed my milkshake and called a taxi service. I would've used lyft or Uber but I didn't have enough storage space on this phone to do so.

The taxi pulled into the parking lot. She helped me put my bags in the truck.

Okay little lady where to? She questioned

To the Marriott hotel please I told her

You got it she said as she started to pull off

It took us about 30 minutes to get there as we arrived I started to unbuckle you seat belt. We pulled up to the front and I went to grab all my belongings and said thank you. As I walked in the hotel I was greeted my an employee as I walked to the front desk .

Hello.. little lady how can I help you? The Man at the desk said

I'd like to get a room with a queen bed please I told him

And how old are you ? He asked

I'm 15, how old are you sir ? I said with a smirk

He raised his eyebrows with that he started to say something until a women walked up behind him and whispered in his ear, whatever she said made him walk away with a mug on his face.

Hi I understand that your only 15, I'm sorry to say but you need to be at least 22 years old to get a hotel room she said before she continued she looked me up at down look at how poorly I was dressed.

But my love you look like you really need it so I'll put everything under my name, and I'll just need your payment cash or card she said as I smiled at her

Cash I told her As she was typing away on the computer

How long will you be staying she asked still looking at the computer.

A week I told her. Alright you total will be 450$ after taxes. Once she said that I pulled out my money and handed her the exact payment. She looked at me with a surprised face but didn't say anything.

Once she was finished with everything she handed me and key card and told me my room was on the fifth floor.

Thank you so much you didn't have to do that I said to her.

Little lady I've been through somethings in my life before I became the woman I am today and just by looking at you I see the same. She said  if you need anything here is my number and my name is Kathy she continued.

As I looked at Kathy I realized how beautiful she really is. Ms. Kathy looks to be in her early thirties she is a while woman which I have nothing against she looks to be about 5'5 she built like a coke bottle impressive to be a white women I laughed a little out loud at my thought. Which caught her attention.
