chapter 6: coronation of prince of Elore.

Kingdom of Elore

King Dharmapal and queen Mandakini were having there morning tea in there chamber a guard entered and informed king that Raj guru (royal advisor)wants to meets king . Dharmapal  told the guard to let Raj guru in . An old man with grey hair and a long beard entered the chamber ,king and queen raised from their chairs and offered him a namaste Raj guru blessed them . King asked   him to have a seat .
     The trio sat in the chamber a minute  king asked  Raj guru may I know the reason for your presence .oh king as you are aware tommorow is the prince birthday and he will turn 21 years by tomorrow so as per our  kingdom constitution we should crown him as crown prince and organize his coronation tommorow replied Raj guru .

   Faces of king and queen glowed as bright as moon as they heard Raj guru words .king replied we will make necessary arrangements Raj guru .

Soon after Raj guru left Dharmapal called a guard & ordered him to inform prime minister Kadhiri that he is wishing to have his presence .As soon as minister Kadhiri got the message he went to royal chamber .
      
     As Kadhiri entered the Royal chamber he saw king and queen  in extremely delightful mood .He payed a salute to king and asked king my Lord how may I serve you .king spoke Kadhiri tomorrow is our sons birthday and we also want to organize his coronation tommorow along with his birthday celebration so make necessary arrangements. As Kadhiri was about to leave king called him and said ," Kadhiri make sure the  ceremony should be grand as it's our prince crowning ceremony and it must showcase our kingdoms glory and invite our close Allies ". As you wish my Lord I'll take care of everything . Kadhiri queen called as minister was about to turn back and said "order  royal attire and jewelry for prince". Sure your majesty said prime minister and left.
     
      The prince who was roaming all the day in the forest near to city returned to the city in Dawn . As he entered he found  the city has from the last as he left he saw the roads were cleaned so neatly that it's difficult to find a trace of dust .He rode towards the palace as he reached the center of the city market he saw people buying new clothes ,flowers and lights as if there is a festival tommorow. He rode further and saw bright lights in every house he passed by . As he reached palace he was stunned to see it's magnificent beauty he never saw the palace as much as  stunning as it now from his childhood. In a confused state he got down from the horse and began to climb the stairs of palace , suddenly beautiful women came near him and sprinkled perfume and floral petals on him  welcoming him . soon after then  he  reached his chamber and found queen sitting on a chair waiting for him.
     
      He moved towards her and asked her Amma ! What's going on in the city when I left the city this morning it was fine and normal but now it's being decorated as if it's a grand festival !?
      
     " yes it's a festival for people of Elore because they are going to have a crown prince tomorrow ". Queen replied smilingly .

   Amma I'm still a child why do you want me to crown me as crown prince if I become a crown prince I won't have time to travel I won't have time to play with animals ,cried prince childishly 😅😅.

     
   Queen smiled & said if you become crown prince you can change laws and you can do whatever you want nobody will stop you  from doing anything that you wish to do and placed her palm on his cheek and left him in his chamber.

      Next day as the sun began to rise between hills of Eastern ghats royal musicians started to bash the drums . Kings of neighbouring kingdoms began to arrive and the priests and saints began chanting mantras (sacred words ) .The prince sat in a copper  bathtub wearing a white dhoti ( Indian attire) .King and queen stared pouring milk on the prince . As the milk flowed through his silky hair it's strands became wet .The milk then began to flow down on his bare  chest which is in same color  as of milk .Queen poured sacred water from rivers Ganges and Godavari. Later sprinkled petals of roses .

   The prince got dressed in the Royal attire .He wore a elegant dhoti of saffron color and he wore all kinds of gold, diamond ,pearl jewelry.He is so charming that even "manmadh "male God of beauty can't compete with him in handsomeness . Queen inked him with royal thilak (royal ink ) on fore head and made a design of sun  ( symbol that represents sun dynasty) .
   
       Prince climbed the steps and moved to prince throne he sat on the chair and the king crowned him with a gold crown with all kind of gems stones emerald ,blue Sapphire diamonds  at the center on the top of the crown a  large gem of Ruby is embedded. People in the hall hailed prince  with slogans  "long live prince Vikram ". Saints and priest sprinkled floral petals on him blessing him . King announced "I crown my son Vikram as crown prince of Elore". Sounds of hails for prince roared in the entire hall.
