Meeting

Someone finally found me! You wouldn't be able to tell from the never changing scenery but two days had passed while I've been in Dreamtale.

I 'accidentally' revealed my code for a second when I sensed someone near this AU. They were there for a while so I figured they were debating on wether to come in or not.

I finally heard a portal open and someone come out of it. I didn't turn around though.

The reason was because I was currently holding a small amount of items that I figured could have some nostalgic value. Luckily I came prepared for this situation. I was able to quickly and unnoticeably stuff the items in my inventory. The person, or should I say monster, stepped closer. That's when I decided to finally face them. I was sitting on the ground so I had to look up to actually be able to see them. It was Error. Honestly I thought Nightmare himself would come to check things out since he's overprotective of this place. Maybe that was wishful thinking. It definitely would of made things easier if he came, though... I didn't even realize that I was lost in thought and was blankly staring at Error who by now seemed very uncomfortable.

"Sorry, I didn't mean to stare. I was just lost in thought." I explained. My voice sounded a little more glitchy than I would of liked but it was almost unnoticeable. Other than that my voice was light, not to high but not really low. I think it turned out almost exactly like I wanted.

Error tried to hide his discomfort at the situation but failed. He must not be used to strangers being calm when he shows up. After another second of him being silent he finally says, "WhO ArE YoU?" He must be purposefully using a glitchy voice because according to my research he shouldn't glitch that much unless extremely upset, uncomfortable, or angered. Unless he actually is very uncomfortable about this situation and he is better at hiding it than I thought. "My name is Olivia, but you can call me Li." I replied. I think my voice just wasn't used to talking while in this form, because the slight glitch wasn't there anymore.

Error suddenly grabbed me by the arm and lifted me up to my feet. He was surprising very gentle other than the sudden movement. I guess some of the fanfics I've read were right about Error not truly being mean. He looked at me again, clearly trying to figure out what exactly I was.

He either came to a conclusion or gave up because he grabbed me by the arm again and forced me through a portal. Not like I resisted, I actually expected this so I willingly let him bring me through. For a split second it felt like I was walking on air and then we came out the other side. And it was breathtaking.

I've read a lot about Nightmare's castle but I didn't expect to be so bewildered by the sight of it. For some reason Error teleported us outside of the castle. Which gave me the best view of the dark purplish bricks that made up the structure. The castle was lined with black pillars that all lead up to small towers. And there were a lot. The small details took my breath away, I happened to notice there were small patterns carved into the bricks and pillars. I've never seen anything like it.

I must of been taking too long looking at the castle because Error finally tugged on my arm a little to tell me to keep moving. I'm kind of surprised he let me have a chance to look at the castle at all.

We walked through the giant black doors that lead us into a long straight hallway. Gosh, even the inside of the castle is detailed with pillars lining the walls. We finally reached the end of the long hallway and we're greeted with a large black door that was almost exactly like the entrance. Except this one was somehow bigger. Error pushed open the door way too easily for what it should take to open it..... maybe I'm a little scared.

We entered the very large room and the first thing I noticed was the large throne that laid against the wall. The throne was also amazingly detailed and decorated but I ignored it because I was too focused on who was sitting upon that throne.

Nightmare.^^
