tweek and craig had been "dating" for a year now. craig's birthday was coming up, and tweek wanted to go all out.
"so what are you gonna get me tweekers?" craig asked one his usual monotone voice. "craig i AGH can't tell you yet!" tweek responded, his tics had gotten a lot better after "dating" craig, he'd always been more calm while around craig. it was actually really sweet. "well fine, but i'll find out one way or another" craig said in a matter of fact tone.
a week had gone by, and tweek still hadn't cracked. craig was honestly quite surprised, and rather proud of tweek. craig had really grown a liking to tweek while fake dating. he always wished that they would date for real, but he didn't want to make anything awkward between him and tweek, he meant way to much to craig to lose him. tweek had worked his way into craig's heart, hitting the spot that only stripe had hit before.
"happy birthday NGH craig!" tweek said happily, handing craig his gifts, there were 3 boxes and a card, all rather neatly wrapped for such a twitchy boy. "thank you so much tweekers, you didn't need to do this much just for me." craig responded, actually smiling at tweek. craig rarely ever smiled, but when he did it was normally because of tweek or stripe. tweek was one of the only people who had seen craig smile before, and he felt so lucky that's how it was.
"open the card last, i know it's weird but just go with me." tweek said as craig was going to open the presents. tweek had gotten craig a space book, a really cute picture of tweek and craig together, and one of those weird yaoi pictures, making craig laugh. finally craig got to the card, and immediately hugged tweek. in the card, tweek wrote "craig, i've had a crush on you for a while, and i want you to be my space nerd. i love you craig, happy birthday". craig was overcome with emotions, he started crying happy tears as he kissed tweek, only pulling away for air.
"so spaceman craig, will you be mine?" tweek asked in his most confident tone. "of course babe. i've liked you for a while too, and i was planning on asking soon too. i'm so proud that you had so much confidence to ask me. i love you too tweekers". craig gave tweek another long kiss. craig laid back on his bed, opening his arms as tweek crawled onto his chest, cuddling close, smelling craig's scent heavily. tweek and craig fell asleep on craig'a bed, just cuddling and enjoying each others company. this was the best birthday craig had ever had, with his favorite person. he knew from now on, things were going to be okay.
