New Beginnings - I Didn't Do It Fanfic [UNDER MAJOR EDITING]

Chapter 2: You Know Them?

Note: Ik sometimes I will put Cole and Caroline's mom/dad or just one of the twin's names, but I mean the same thing.

*Continuing from chapter 1*

"Uh hi," Lindy says.

"Hi," Cole responds awkwardly as Lindy, Logan, and their parents walk in. Cole closes the door after they walk in.

Cole and Caroline's mom seems confused and asks, "You know them?"

"Yeah, we met them at school today. We also went to Rumble Juice to hang out with them," Cole says. Caroline carefully sets down her dark grey electric guitar as they start to walk over to the dining room while talking. Once they all sit down, they pass around the food.

"It's so good to know that Cole and Caroline made new friends," Cole's dad says.

"Yeah! Have they met the others," Logan's dad asks?

"Yes, they have met our friends," Lindy says. There was a minute of awkward silence, and then Logan broke it by saying, "Yo, Caroline was that you who was playing the electric guitar when we arrived?"

"Um. Yeah, it was," Caroline says.

"Oh! That was so cool! You should the band we have with Delia, Jasmine, and Garret," Logan says.

"Uh, sure," Caroline says.

"Great," Lindy says.

"Hey, why don't you guys go show Lindy and Logan your rooms. We can clean up this stuff," Caroline's mother tells Cole and Caroline.

"Yeah! Come on guys," Cole says as he gets up and shows Logan and Lindy to his room. Caroline follows, leaving the parents to talk among themselves.

"This is it," says Cole as he walks into his room with his arms open showing his kind of messy big room. It had arcade games, sports posters, and a lot more next to the clothes and trash everywhere.

"Wow," Lindy says kind of grossed out. Caroline could see that she was discussed and started to laugh.

"This is the coolest room I have ever seen," Logan says.

Knowing that he is going to stay, Lindy leaves Logan in Cole's room and wanders across the hall. In doing so, she wanders into Caroline's room. Caroline follows her.

Caroline's room was clean and most of the furniture in her room was white.
She had four guitars hanging from her wall. 2 normal (one is blue and the other is a normal color), and the other 2 were electrical (one was black with flames on it and the other was blue fading to purple).

She also had a punching bag in her room, this interested Lindy.
"I have that because I need to get the stress out at the end of the day," Caroline says to Lindy.

Lindy jumped and turned around. "Oh I'm sorry I didn't-," she says.

"It's fine," Caroline tells her. Lindy nods.

Lindy looks around more and asks, "Why are most of your furniture white?"

"Because you can see dirt on white and unlike my brother, I'm germaphobic," Caroline says.

"So you and Garrett must get along well," Lindy says with a smile on her face.

"Yeah I think he's cool," Caroline says with only a slight smile on her face.

"Did I just hear someone call Garrett cool," Logan asks as he walks in with Cole following.

I know this is short but idk what else to do with this chapter, next chapter will be longer. I need to rewatch the show because I forgot a lot but I will do it soon.
