The game you're talking about (Osomatsu-san Yokubari NEET Island) isn't actually available anymore- it got deleted from the App Store about a year or more ago. I had to delete mine 'cause the game wouldn't play for anyone anymore, too 😭
It sucks- but ig settle for HayDay or some other Osomatsu-san game instead!
