11: I Have A Confession

   Prince Denning had returned from the Firofinese invitation, his whole spirit ignited with light and life. He was beginning to see his imaginations coming true. He hadn't told anyone he went on the invitation to Firofine except for his body guards who escorted him. Prince Denning chose to re-strategize before returning to his royal assignments for the day. " Knock knock" he felt disturbed at the sudden knock on his door, pissed off, he responds "come in", it was Mushak "good morning my lord, the King requests to see you at the Royal chapter any moments soon". Prince Denning sighs, wondering what the occasion was for " thank you Mushak, you can leave". " Yes my lord". Mushak left.
   Prince Denning headed to the Royal chapter immediately. He met his mother as well as his father and the whole Royal executives. A squint of fright gathered in his belly as he wondered what strange occasion the meeting called for. "Father! Mother! your majesties!" He bows in acknowledgement of their presence. "You are welcome son, I'm sure you wondering why this meeting is called. It's Antonio, he's been disturbing the cell guards that he has something to say concerning Natasha's death for some days now, we just felt to make out a day to hear him out, that's why we called for your presence so we hear him out together". Prince Denning sat beside his mother who patted his face with her traditionally decorated hands. "Can't wait to have my son's wife with us soon" she spoke to Prince Denning with a concerned tone. "I've been so bothered about your relationship with Natasha Alimojet, We should be planning your marriage soon" Prince Denning had a pusled look on his face at the mention of marriage to Natasha Alimojet, the lady his parents were bethrothing to him.
   Some cell guards brought Antonio into the palace, they made sure he had been properly refreshened and dressed.  "Antonio" the king spoke, "you have been bothering the cell officials for days now, telling them you have something to say before the King, here we are now. We want to hear you out now".
   Antonio bows before the King
"live long your majesty. It's about Natasha Adiroja. It's just that there's a mystery behind Natasha Adiroja's death that has not yet been unfolded and it's cause is having something to do with Prince Denning". Prince Denning looks up at Antonio in disdain. "What do you mean Antonio?" King Fannice questioned, everyone in the meeting looked eagerly interested in Antonio's speech.    "The day that Natasha died..." he responded, "...just few moments before Natasha slid into the ocean, I studied her countenance and traced her discomfort to Prince Denning's lust towards a lady at the other side of the Arctic ocean. The lady was Duchess Nadesh, and Prince Denning looked so lusted at the young Duchess as if a man were in love over a lady or something, and Natasha got bitter at him and that moment chose to give up something for his action".
   Everybody in the meeting got discomforted at Antonio's speech, the king and queen got so bitter at the state of Antonio's explanation. "This is weakening, queen Loula spoke. "Denning did you really lust after a lady in the Arctics during the trip?" Queen Loula felt sour even before her son would respond to her question.
   Prince Denning was Dumbfounded already, he felt so sour at himself " I did lust after Nadesh at the Arctics, he sighs heavily,  I think I'm in love with her or something" .  "Or something?" King Fannice questions Denning. " It had better be something else, We would be arranging your marriage preparations with Natasha Alimojet's parents tommorow, do get ready for your marriage with her" king Fannice rose and left the meeting along with queen Loula. Prince Denning looked so upset and broken, Antonio's confession had taken a bad turn on him.
