Despite Prince Denning's absence from the Banzian palace, activities went on as usual. It wasn't Prince Denning's first absence from the palace as he usually went on trips to Middle Antarica for importation of equipments. It was not a new thing to the palace officials and residents, but this time around, Prince Denning had no one to details as to where he was  because he told no one in the palace about his whereabout including his parents.
It was also observed that all his bodyguards were absent too. Natasha Alimojeth was not far from suspecting that Prince Denning's disappearance had something to do with her actions few days ago. However, the thought of why anyone would go as far as disappearing just to avoid her presence kept flodding her mind.
An out roar suddenly filled the environs of the palace as helicopters landed in the palace territory, and as the helicopter doors opened, a young man was seen admidst the other men, he  particularly was most easiest to identify since his looks was far more exotic and expensive than that of those surrounding him. They stood positioned around him like bodyguards.
A cloud of recognition swept through a number of officials in the palace and an out roar fills the atmosphere "Desmond Darcott?, "Desmond Darcott is back?". A roar of excitement filled the palace reception as some workers and officials could not wait to hug, jump or have a glance at the returning individual.
It's been good fifteen years since they had last seen the young man who just returned from Australia. He left Banzir as a prospective engineering student years ago, only to come back being an already made engineer. An Australian based civil engineer at that.
His return was a huge pleasure to the officials who had known about his history. More to it, Desmond Darcott wasn't just anybody, he was the second to Prince Denning, meaning he was Prince Denning's best friend.
"His family will be so proud of him" a voice spoke somewhere in the middle of the crowd, "ohwh I wish my little boy sees an example in him. He says he wants to be an engineer someday", spots of laughter was heard from a woman responding to the earlier spoken man. "They all will be great" he complimented.
Desmond Darcott finally entered into the palace and one could tell he had already had a hectic time responding to everyone that had welcomed him. There were lots of friendly punches from the old men, a lot of squeezes on his face, a lot of friendly pecks he had to return  and also the urge of resistance of some injuring hugs and jumps. One could tell the young man was already exhausted.

Desmond Darcott really had quite a lovely and exciting welcome from the old men and women. But he didn't see any young men and women around, probably a lot had changed from the way it used to be, he thought. He really couldn't wait to see his bosom friend who he had planned to see before anything else. A faint smile appeared on his face as he could only imagine how much he had missed him. "Desmond Darcott sir...", He looked up to see it was one of the maidens of the palace, who came talking to him, she had this very amazing smile on her face that he instantly returned with a blissful smile, she continued, "his majesty and her highness  request your presence at the dinning. They sense you must be exhausted already sir."
That reminded him that he hadn't gone to visit the king and the queen, "they would probably be mad at him now" he imagined, but he thought back to the fact that the Royal chapter was not somewhere anyone just entered unless on invitation. He soon pushed the initial guilt out of him and responded to the maiden, "that will be very fine, thank you". He walked just behind the maiden along the very huge hallway leading to the dining setting of the palace, he had lived so long enough in Australia to forget that the Banzian palace was the largest building in all of the Banzir.
"Heyyyyyyyy darling, look who is coming, a sweet motherly smile was expressed on Queen Loula's face as she came approaching Desmond. Desmond immediately responded by giving her a hug which ordinarily he would not have done if he weren't Prince Denning's best friend. He was just also like a son to her. To king Fannice, "live long your majesty" he gave a bow which king Fannice obviously ignored and came over to hug him just like his child. "Desmond, my son, I'm so proud of you, a handsome fatherly smile was expressed on his face. If Desmond Darcott had always admired king Fannice's face, he would probably be admiring more than he ever had now. King Fannice was such a cute old man. They were all seated now at the dining table when Desmond realized there was a young lady in their midst, her face looked familiar but he couldn't place how or where he met her. "Ohh my bad, Desmond, meet Natasha, Denning's wife, Natasha meet Desmond Darcott, your husband's childhood best friend. "Queen Loula recalled she had not introduced Natasha to Desmond, she managed to introduce the lady and Desmond to each other. "Natasha is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Alimojeth, you remember my husband's best friend?" She asked Desmond. "Mr. Henry Alimojeth?" Desmond asked, Queen Loula nodded "exactly, you are very right, here is his daughter, my daughter in law, she said gracefully. "Ohh!" Desmond exclaimed, it's a pleasure to meet you, Princess Natasha".
"Nice to meet you too" she said  Desmond could tell she felt uncomfortable by his presence as far as he could read her countenance, but left to him, she really looked lovely, Denning was the luckiest husband in the world. Desmond couldn't help but agree to that fact.
