Chapter 2- The Memories...

Jin Beihe didn't waste a single second more and started reading the memories.

As expected, the former Jin Beihe was a girl from a rich family. Her family had generations of great ministers and many were even the stewards and imperial physicians of the Emperor. They were very respected indeed.

They were at the 3rd position in wealth and respect. The 2nd position goes to the general and the 1st is the imperial family of Xiaolan Country. Because of these 3, Xiaolan reached 2nd place in the most powerful countries.

The general Huo Houng was friends with the emperor which made him get a little more power. Otherwise, the general's household and the minister's household were of the same power.

Before Jin Beihe and Jin Huo took birth, everyone thought they were going to be boys and another great minister was to be born. But after the Jin sisters came out, those people were doomed to be dreaming. The 2 girls had no veins at all! But they were blessed with beauty and intelligence.

But, a abbot claimed that the Jin sisters were to be brainless and everyone believed it.

At the time of their birth, there were like a billion falling stars which made the people of Xiaolan be sure they were going to be someone who can rule the world and become an immortal. Even the legendary Golden Lily which blooms once a century bloomed at that time. But these two girls did not even have a single vein!

But fortunately, Master Jin, Jin Beihe's father, took care of both the girls without a care about what people were saying.

Although everyone bullied Jin Beihe outside, she always stood strong and didn't care about what people said as Master Jin taught her. She didn't care about those people because she had a loving father, mother and a sister.

Her Cousin sister Jin Shu though, always destroyed her favorite stuff and also bullied her. She also snatched away from her everything she wanted. Her friend was even worse and more talented at bullying and snatching. That friend of hers always said one thing,

" All things should belong to me! Not you. You are a person without any talent! While me and Jin Shu, are the best of talents.  Muhahaha!"

This evil friend of Jin Shu is the mastermind Gui Wei that made Jin Beihe bedridden for 2 weeks. But no one knows it actually killed the former Jin Beihe.

One day, Jin Beihe went shopping. The great General was also at the same shop. Gui Wei was following behind him, which angered him and he kicked her away.

From what Jin Beihe heard, the great general Huo Houng hated woman and was not used to being around them that much as his clan didn't have even a single girl for centuries! And his personality was cold and undefeatable. He was even colder with girls that tried to get him.

Jin Beihe was admiring him from afar and Huo Houng didn't do anything.

Seeing this, Gui Wei got Jealous. So she ordered some guards to beat Jin Beihe up and Jin Huo got hit because she was trying to protect her sister. Gui Wei doesn't know that she killed Jin Beihe in the process.

As Gui Wei hit Jin Beihe black and blue, you expect her to be bruised all over. But, her father used his spiritual cultivation to cure Jin Beihe. But, the poor girl still died.

Jin Beihe rolled her eyes.

'As expected. A lot of trouble...'

Jin Beihe got up from bed and went to look at herself in the mirror. And looking at the body, she was astonished.

The body and facial structure was almost the same as her one from Jing Guan! And their hair length was also the same, til the calves.

Her beauty was mesmerizing from every angle. Her eyes looked like it contained galaxies. A black color with no ripples. Only calmness. Her lips were light pink and medium sized. Not too big, not too small. Just the perfect size.

Her body Shape was not to thin or too fat either. Her body was as white as snow. Her hands were soft and small. Even her legs were small, smooth and soft.

Her eyelashes were as long as butterfly wings. And they were also curved perfectly. This kind of beauty could capture all the souls and hearts of boys.

Her beauty made her look like the legendary Golden Lily and she even smelled like it. Thus, Master Jin named her Jin Beihe. He believes that she will be a legend too. "Not all legends born legends. They earn the title as a legend by working hard." Is what he always says.

She looked like a beautiful flower that will break and lose its beauty if touched.

Jin Beihe was astonished not because of the beauty. But because of the familiarity between her former body and the body she was in right now. They were as familliar as she and Jin Beihe. From what she thinks, only their father's looks were different.

Then, Jin Beihe heard footsteps. She got on the bed as fast as possible and put on the blankets.

"He'er, I have brought your meal for you." Just as she got under her blankets, Madam Jin got in with the meal. That was not only a bowl of noodles. But also a plate of salad, a plate of shrimps and a plate of pastries all decorated beautifully.

"Mother, you shouldn't have." Jin Beihe complained looking at the tray.

"What do you mean I shouldn't have? The is just a little compared to you. You and Jin Huo are all I have." Said Jin Fu.

"Where is younger sister? Is she alright?" Asked Jin Beihe.

"Yes, she is fine and kicking. She healed 2 days ago. So I was a little more worried about you. Now, take it." Jin Fu lifted a spoon of salad.

Jin Beihe obediently took it.

'I should cherish this moments. After all, I didn't get any motherly love for a long time...'

After Jin Beihe finished all those food, she was stuffed. She drank some water.

"Mother, I think I have healed. I want to walk around for a bit." Said Jin Beihe.

"Yes of course. I will order Yun Lou to bring you a robe and ask her to follow you closely." Jin Fu got up and left.

'Is that Yun Lou the talkative girl who was sitting next to me a week ago?'

As Jin Beihe guessed, Yun Lou got in and started talking her mouth out.

"Miss! Your awake. Thank goodness. If you would be a day late than Madam would hang me! Your my hero! I heard you want to walk outside. So I bought a red robe and a red coat because I know how much you love red and you look great with red. And why the coat you ask, its snowing outside today so I bought it so that you won't have a cold!" Said Yun Lou.

"Ok, thank you. Now please be a little more quieter. I am having a head ache." Jin Beihe smiled.

'This Yun Lou reminds me of Jin Huo.'

"I am going to shower. You wait." Jin Beihe ordered.

"Yes Miss."
