First Day in UA!

7:30 am beep...beep...beep. "Lainy! wakeup!"I roll out of bed. I hate that name. I go downstairs and eat breakfast with my mom . Pancakes, my favorite. Today is the entrace exam for UA. "So, are you excited?" my mom asks. "Yeah I'm pretty excited, today I have a shot to get into the hero course and be just like Red Riot!" I almost yelled. "haha, quiet honey" my mom laughed. We live in an appartment building and have neigbours who dont like loud noises late at night and early in the morning. I clean up from my breakfast and finished my routine, I can't really quirk train because my quirk is phycological so I can't use it against inanimate things. My quirk is Alteration, by knowing your biggest fear or dream, i can alter what you see to be either one of those things after a verbal response to a question. I eye the sports bra on my dresser and put it on anyway. I hid my chest binder and throw on a Red Riot hoodie and grab my Chargebolt keychain and shove it in the pocket of my black track pants. "bye Lainy!"my mother waved. I hate that name.

I close the door and sigh. I jump on my bike and speed for 15 minutes straight till I get to UA. The prestegious highschool for super heroes. I park my bike and run into the auditoriumand take my seat nexted to a cute pink haired boy. "Welcome Everyone to UA!" says Pro Hero Cellophane at the front stand. He's so enthusiastic! He continues to explain the entrance exam. "Each villain Bot is worth a certain amount of points, which are assigned to the Bots according to their difficulty level: 1 pointers are easy villains" Cellophane said. Doesnt seem too bad. "2 pointers are medium villains, 3 points are hard villains". More difficult, I should be alert. Wait there are 4 villains. "And then there are 0 pointers, they are just for you to avoid. Like a big obsticle. they are not meant to be fought which is why they have 0 points". oh okay then, a little disapointing and a little unexpected. " There are city replica areas and many at that, this is so you can all be split up and not be able to work with your friends from school. Young heroes, you arent allowed to fight other candadates, imagine HEROES fighting other HEROES on the battlefeild. Now do your best and go beyond..." Cellophane starts. Just then the whole room erupts in aplause "PLUS ULTRA!!!!!!!" we all cheer and get out as fast as possible to our assigned areas.

'Ground Beta' I read as I walk up to the giant door. This looks big enough for mount lady to fit through as her full size!! My quirk doesn't work here because these are robots and arent responsive. I see the pink haired boy again but he's at the front and there are too many people between us. "3" the speaker yells. "2"... "1, GO!!!!". The doors open and everyone runs through. I run and try to catch up with the crowd. I run in and am almost last. Everyone else will have an advantage over me because I don't have a physical quirk. I'll have to rely on my own strength for this. I rush in and jump kick one and bash its head thats a one pointer. 5 minutes in and I've gathered about 25 points. "The 0 pointer has entered the arena, Everyone beware" the speaker blares. I look over and see the giant bot towering over everything in the arena. There's a loud crash and a building slides down. "Ow, Help!". I hear a cry from around the block. I run over and see the pink haired boy and run faster. I lift up the rock on his ankle and carry him back to the entrance and get him to recovery girl. I lay him down on the cot and tell recovery girl what happened. I run back into battle and for the last minute and a half I rally up another 10 points. I leave the area and head home for a shower.

I bike homeand take my time so my muscles can relax a bit before i go home and have to do chores. I park my bike out front and walk in to see a destroyed house with broken things everywhere. I walk in cautiously and look around for my mom, "MOM! Where are you?" I call out. She walks out of my room holding something. "what is this" she yells and throws the chest binder at my face. "wha-", I pick up the binder and start shaking. "I- It's for m my sore muscles a after training" I manage to say. "Its a chest binder you idiot!" My mom screams. "Clean up this mess now!" "Yes, straight away". I clean up the mess and sit down in my room and cry as she walks down the hall and opens the door. "Get out" she demands. "What?" I ask. "GET OUT!" she can't even look at me. I pack a few things and rush out the door. I'm shaking and crying and walking down the street trying to find my way but my eyes are too watery to see. I wipe my eyes and see Ground Zero on patrol, I keep my eyes down and keep walking. I feel a hand on my shoulder and jump away. Ground Zero looks at me and opens his arms for a hug. I run into his arms and hug him. "Are you okay?" He asks. "N no, I just got kicked out of my house" I responded. "okay cmon, we are going to my house for a bit" He says a bit agressively. "okay" "why did you get kicked out?" he asks. "I'm umm, I'm trans, FTM" I say rather scaredly. "Yknow, Red Riot is trans too" he said enthusiasticly. My jaw dropped, "H he's what now?". I'm shocked.

At the bakugou household. Ground Zero opens the door to a confused blond and brunette sitting in the living room. Uravity turns around and I freak out. "Mr Ground Zero is married to Uravity" I say out loud. All three look at me confused. The girl in the living room gets up and walks over to me and shakes my hand "Hi, I'm Kinetsu, you look familiar?" "I'm Lain- Lance and I think I've seen you before too". They invite me to eat dinner and make me feel at home. I get a tour of the house and I set up in the guest bedroom. "thank you so much for letting me stay Uravity" I thank her "please call me Ochacko" she smiles warmly and I feel at home. Ground Zero walks upstairs to say goodnight and stops in the guest bedroom "hey kid, I'm glad you're safe, if you need anything just come to me" I nod before he leaves. "Goodnight Lance see you in the morning, I'll tell UA to fast forward your status to here because of personal issues, okay?" "okay" I say. I fall asleep almost instantly.
