Dinner with the Bakugou Family Part 1

After the battle, we watch the others fight. They were really cool. There were so many different styles of fighting. I took notes on some of them and Kinsetu laughed. Bakugou seemed impressed with how well I fought and my strategy. He also seemed a little upset about Kinsetu's loss but he had to remain unbiased. He had to break up a fight and send someone to recovery girl because it went to far. That for some reason made him smile, like he had a flashback. "Alright class, you all did decently" Ground Zero says. We all head to the change room and get into our casual clothes and meet in home room. "You guys can go to the cafeteria for the rest of the day." Ground Zero says.

The bell rings and I rush to the support room. I open the door and walk up to Kato, still a little creeped out by all the stuffed animals. "Could you make me a support item for my hero suit?" I ask, "Yeah sure, what are you looking for?" he asks. "A visor that lets you read people's stats, like heart rate and emotions" I ask. "Yeah I've made something like that before" He says as he hands me a small visor that slides over my eye. "By the way" I say, "I was wondering if you wanted to come to dinner with me and the Bakugous tonight?". His face lit up "Dinner with the Bakugous?" he asks. "Yes please!". We walk out the door and start walking to my house when Kinsetsu walks around the corner. Kato ducks behind a tree to hide. She smiles at me and walks over. "Hey Lance!" she waves and looks at the tree where Kato is. "Kato right? Why are you behind the tree?" She asks. "Uh ummm no reason" He stutters. "Okay?" She smiles. "Are you going to walk with us Kinsetsu?" I ask. "Yeah sure" She says as we start walking. "We better get home before dad gets upset" She says kind of panicked. "Yeah" I say "Bakugou is going to be upset if we don't hurry" I say "Shit! I mean Ground Zero" I quickly catch myself. Kinsetsu glares at me and nudges me hard as Kato's eyes widen. "Ground Zero is your dad!" Kato says surprised. "Yes" She says annoyed. I looked at the ground dissapointed that I ruined this for Kinsetsu. "Holy shit, Ground Zero is like my favourite Pro Hero! Meeting his kids is amazing!" "Yeah yeah" she said getting more and more annoyed. "Lets go Lance!" She almost yelled. I jumped back, remembering what happened with my mom. "A actually I'm going with Kato to his house to help him get ready, tell your parents p please" I say, my voice kind of shaky. "Okay" She said as she rolled her eyes and walked away.

"Okay Lance, we have to get to the train station quick if we want to be home and back on time" Kato says as he starts running. I run after him and we get to the train station and have to board right away. The ride there is mostly quiet. We get off of the train and walk to Kato's house. "Ground Zero's son huh?" he says. "Not really, more so living with him for a little bit or until the dorms are up" I respond. "Oh, what happened?" He asked. "I got kicked out for being Trans." I say a little upset. "Oh damn, I see you haven't been able to transition yet, right?" he asks again. "No actually" I smile. "I have transitioned, FTM" "Oh shit, I'm sorry I thought you were" He started and panicked. "Hey, don't worry about it" I smile. "I take that as a compliment actually". He looks back at me confused "you do?". "Yes! It means I pass!" I smile and hug him tight.
