[ shrek's POV]
*30 minutes before play*
now i'm walking to the stage to meet my princess, as i turn the corner i see donkey talking with the director, hmm weird i thought. maybe he is just a extra... yeah definitely , it would be sooooo awkward if he saw me... as i turn the corner.. uh oh... i bump into donkey as all of the papers go flying everywhere, as i race to pick up the files donkey does to, the director just stands there.... štüpîd pœ bræñ.... donkey looks up as i hand him his documents

[donkeys POV]
i look up as he hands me my papers... i lock eyes with his beautiful śhēęt colored eyes, he blushes a light color of green as my hooves brush his ogre hands while i grab the papers, the director coughs, breaking eye contact with shrek i stand back up normally and say my thank yous to him. we walk away as he tells me shrek is my prince... i start freaking out on the inside but keep a cœl on the outside

[director POV]
as i begin to tell donkey that shrek was his prince he starts figeting more and more often... he was totally freaking out but just trying to hide it.

[shrek POV]
*time skip brought to you by my lazy ass *
we are at the part that we didnt have to rehearse before hand to get right, thats right, the kiss... i could tell this was gonna be akward he leans in as i do.... fireworks
