Shinso- todoroki tells Shinso everything so he know a how hard your life is and that your parents are dead and that you were bullied a lot as a child for you quirk. He knows about you depression, anxiety, PTSD and self harming. He see you for who you are and not the strong happy character you ok on and he is ok with that because he knows you him and todoroki are just as broken as each other but that's why you see each other for who you are not who you want people to see.
