It had been almost two years since Yoongi had been exposed to the public as pansexual. Two years since that interview. Two years since Seoyeon. Two years since Eunhye. Two years since they had met Izumi. Two years since Yoongi had started to heal. Two years since his life had changed forever.

It was now December 31st, 2020, 23:59 (11:59 pm) and the boys (along with Yoongi's cat) were filming a New Year's Vlive for their loving fans.

Fans couldn't help but smile at their screens as they watched the idols count down with delight.

"Happy New Year Army!!" Hoseok screamed as the room filled with laughter and cheers. Jimin reached over to pull Yoongi into a tight hug, earning a wide, gummy smile from the rapper. "Happy 2021, Army!" Namjoon cheered in English, flashing a dimpled smile.

The other members couldn't help but watch Yoongi in fascination. He was actually smiling a real, genuine, smile. 

Everyone, including Izumi was super happy for Yoongi and Jimin. Yoongi had finally overcome his depression and Jimin had finally overcome his trauma.

Maybe 2021 would be BTS' year afterall.
