My Ruined Love

Yep, time skip. Well more like nothing interesting happened. It was more of the usual daily routine: getting ready, eating breakfast, leaving to school, being followed by Kane and insulted by Kane, school work, go back home, homework, and eat dinner alone. Yoohoo. What a superb life! I'm being sarcastic right now, if you didn't noticed. Anyway... it was that boring moment of the month, when you thought nothing would just move forward and its very very very slow. Almost like time froze.

Anyway. Right now I can't decide between the red dress or the gold dress. They are both beautiful, and I want to look beautiful for Aiden. It's his birthday. You could think that right now I was walking in circles around my room for god knows how long. Putting on the dresses in front of me to see which one suited me better, but I just couldn't find the sparks of wearing them.

I flung them on my bed and sad down, feeling annoyed and at lost. I didn't have any other dressed to wear, and the one I wished was already done and sewed was still in production. If was quite a difficult design I had made and if I should know it would take this long I would of handed it in way more earlier instead of thinking to much. I sigh,no point in moping. I look at the two dress again.

My mum opened the door and walked in.
Mum:" hey sweetie, you okay?"
Me:" No, I'm not. I can't find a dress!!"

She chuckled softly. " Some workers at your studio stayed late in the night so they could really finish it in time. They only have finished this morning. Here.."

She gave me the box containing the dress. And I open it. "What are the names of those workers?" I ask.

Mum:"Mmh.. I don't remember, why?"

Me:" I want to give them a raise for their hard work and a few days off so they can catch on to their sleepless nights. Maybe a free spa day will be a better gift?"

Mum:" you sure are kind to your employees, you're going to be a great person later. Keep on the good work, sweetie. Now quick, go dress up and dazzle your lover."

I blushed slightly and unpack the dress. I managed to put on the dress, the silk texture was a hard piece to get explaining the delay in making the dress. It had one long sleeve to the wrist, while the other one was sleeveless, the neck was covered up to the half, and the back had a small round overtures. The dress itself was of a soft white and tight dress, it made my hourglass figure out more. Hugging my curves perfectly.

I fetch a pair of white high heels and placed them on the side before my mum started doing my hair. Today, I will let them down but mum wanted to curled them. So while she did that, I went on with my makeup. I decided to go with a smokey eye shadow colour. I had practised a lot of makeup lately, even if it not my absolute thing. I just like to often look pretty.

The pampering time ended, and it look at myself in the mirror. I look professional but it was also a good set for occasion such as a birthday. I took my small black leather purse and left with my mum.
My dad was waiting downstairs in his black suit and once we arrived, he smile. I bet he founded mum beautiful again.

He took my mum's hand and hugged her softly, I stayed behind them before they walk to the door.  I followed quietly.

Once we got Into the car, we drove away to the prepared hall for his birthday. Family, friends and important people had came for the event. It was quite a fancy place, the decoration were sophisticated and even the food on the side of the hall seemed to have been prepared by a very high chef. There was a small soft band playing classical music with their violins, and their family with a grand piano behind them.

As we walk in, my parents had blend in quite quickly to some people to talk to while I was just walking around the hall, looking at the place in awe.

Suddenly, someone caught me in their arms from behind. I yelped softly and giggled as they put me down, I turn around to see Aiden dressed in a fancy white suit with a red flower in the top left pocket.

He smiled sweetly and embraced me in his arms, before kissing my face all over it. I giggled gently.

Aiden:" you look beautiful"

Me:" And you are quite handsome too"

He smiled and kissed my lips gently, before pulling back. I search in my small purse for a little present and pass it to him.

Me:" Happy Birthday Aiden"

Him:" thank you sweetheart"

He opened the present and took the case off, Inside was a watch. He look at the watch for a moment.

Him:" What design it is? Who's brand, I don't see anything." He look at me, I had a small smile "wait, you designed it?"

Me:" they look the same as the others so theres nothing different. Except that I designed it for you."

Him:" it is different from others. The cristal and the case is different, the buckle is magnetic, and the hand of the watch is also different, and there's no crown. How do we adjust the ti- oh wait, theres a electronics circuit inside, connected to a GPS right?"

Me:"Totally on point, and we can track it. So if it gets stolen or you get kidnapped, we can found you. Just don't tell anyone"

He smiled softly and rubbed my hair down.

Him:" I'll wear it now for you"

My eyes brighten as his mentions. He took it out of the case and easily placed it on his wrist due to the magnetic buckle, it was even easier. He smile with his cute dimples while looking at it. His soft eyes darted to me lovingly and kissed me again.

Him:" the fact that you made this gift for me means a lot more than you know, thank you Amelia."

He spoke to me, while his arms stayed around me. I smiled sweetly, this was so nice. It was comforting.

I couldn't wait to marry him....
