There was a glitche in the universe

I went outside to get clothes. I looked up at the sky and saw a bird. It was flapping it wings but it was not moving. I saw a bird stuck in the air. It was as if they were some kind of glitche in our universe. I saw a bird flapping its wings but it was not moving, it be literally stuck in the air like in a game.
