Chapter Two: I Would Just Punch His Pretty Face
I'M LATE!
How come I didn't wake up. Oh yeah, because I kept snoozing my alarm over and over again.
I picked up my grey leggings, a black oversized shirt and just put it on.
"I don't have time to take a shower." I thought to myself as I grabbed my bag, slinging it on my shoulder and started wearing my shoes while going downstairs.
"Dad! I'm late for school. I will try to fill my stomach with the tasteless food of cafeteria." I yelled as I started walking down the stairs.
I didn't get any response from him and I couldn't help but yell again, "Papa!"
"Papa! Get me my ke-" Half of the word stayed in my throat as I slipped from the stairs and went straight down. I fell down from like five stairs? That's what I managed to count while falling down. I'm so clumsy. I thought to myself as I looked up at my dad. He was there, hovering over me with a smile.
"You didn't wake me up." I exclaimed, and I noticed the keys in his hands.
"I don't know how many times I told you to wake up. I have lost the count Kia." My dad said trying to hold in his laughter.
"You wanna laugh." I said to him dryly.
And without waiting even a second or may I say millisecond, he started laughing, hysterically. So hard that he had to hold on to his knees.
Well, I'm more late now.
I stood up on my feet, levelling his height that was at 6 ft. He held out my bike keys to me.
"Here are your keys." He held them out with wet eyes due to the laugh he just enjoyed.
"My keys? It's your bike dad. You have just given it to me." I said in a soothing voice as I took the keys.
Ishaan and mom left already and I was going to leave for school on my bike. I loved her. That Classic Royal Enfield that my dad owned once and last year he handed the keys to me saying, "Take care of the bike. You break a lot of things. I won't tolerate a single scratch on her." And from that day I had to love her like she is my child. If I think about her that way, I wouldn't be careless with her and as a clumsy douchebag I am.
My Sunday went awesome. The reason I didn't wake up in the morning because I was out with Michelle, Andrea and rest of the guys the whole day. It was fun!
---------------------------------------------------------
I parked my bike in my school's parking area. As I was hopping off of it, a sexy, sleek Audi with those four beautiful rings caught my eye.
Oooo, that's a nice black Audi beside my bike. 'AK' I read what was written on it. And 'NK' on the other side with same font. Must be someone's initials, a girlfriend and a boyfriend? Brother and sister? I haven't seen this car here before. Who is this rich af kid?
No, wait, it's not a time to think about all this. You are late Kiara! I didn't have enough time to think about an Audi. I'll have enough time to look at it with my eyes popping out of my skull after school. I checked the time and it was only a minute left for the final bell to ring and then school starts. All I had to do was SPRINT.
I sprinted down the hallway of my school with barely any other people. Michelle and Andrea might have already got themselves in the class thinking that I must not be attending school today but guess what, here I am.
As I was rushing towards my class, a thought of him slipped into my mind. Andrew Kelly. I didn't accept his request that he sent me on Saturday night. I did look back at that again and again and trying to decide if I should accept it. And as an indecisive person I'm, I still couldn't decide.
