It's been 2 weeks since Jack and Claire returned and stranded on the island, and the couple tried so hard to survive on the island, and waiting for a helicopter passing by the island.

Meanwhile, back in Honolulu, Jack and Claire's families are still searching for them with the police, but after day by day, there was still no sign of them, leaving Amanda and Hannah devastated.

"We'll find them.", Charlie sighed, comforting Amanda and Hannah, who are both still crying. Back on the island, Claire was sitting on the beach, watching the sunset, with a sad face as a single teardrop fell down on her cheek.

Jack saw her and goes to join her by the sand. He noticed her tears. He became concerned. "I'm scared Jack. What if we'll never make it back? What if we never see families again?", Claire asked.

"We will get off this island and we will see our families again.", Jack replied. "How do you know?", she asked. "Because our families love us and they will not give up on finding us. I know it, we'll be ok. I promise.", Jack sighed.

Claire then breaks down and rest her head on Jack's shoulder, crying. Jack comforts her in his arms. "Don't cry, Claire. We'll be ok.", Jack sighed. That night, Claire was sleeping as Jack quietly soothes her, and watches the night sky from a further distance, and looking at Claire again with a huge sigh.

The next day, the sun was rising and it was a bright and beautiful morning on the island. Claire wakes from her sleep, as she opened her eyes, she noticed the entire shelter is decorated with beautiful island flowers, and she gets up and looks around and noticed Jack putting flowers on the roof of the shelter.

"Oh, you're awake?", he asked. "Jack, what is all of this?", Claire asked. "Flowers for you.", Jack replied, as he offers her a perfect, single pink hibiscus flower. Claire takes it and took a sniff. "Jack, why are you doing this?", she asked. Jack let out a sigh as he tells her to sit and he sat in front of her and held both of her hands.

"Claire, last night, seeing you so upset also upsets me, and I know how much you want to get off of this island, to see your family and friends again, and it really hurts me to see you cry and sad on the beach, and I don't want you to be sad anymore. So, I picked every single flower that I could find and decorate it, for you.", Jack replied. "Oh, you're so sweet!", Claire sighed.

"Claire, you know that I love you, and that I would do anything to make you happy.", Jack sighed. Claire smiles at his words. "I know, and I love you too.", Claire sighed, and they kiss and hug.

Back in Honolulu, Jack and Claire's families are still searching for them, by helicopter, but after hours and hours of searching, they still can't find them. This left Hannah stressed.

"It's been days now, why the police still hasn't find them yet?!", Hannah asked. "Hannah, police investigation take days to solve, maybe weeks, or months.", Chris replied.

"Or years!", Hannah cried. "Yes, but...that's not the case, Hannah. They will find Jack and Claire.", Chris cried. "What if they won't be able to find them, what if Jack and Claire are already dead?!", Hannah cried, as she broke down in tears, as Chris tries to comfort her.

Kelly overheard her daughter's cries. "Hannah! Why would you say that?", Kelly asked.

Hannah continues to cry in Chris' arms. "Look, I know this is hard, but don't ever think that your sister is dead. She is not dead, and so not Jack. They are alive somewhere and they will be found as soon as the police can.", Kelly replied. Kelly held Hannah's hand and touch her face, looking at her with concern.

"Right now, you need to be strong, for Claire and if you stay strong, Claire will be ok. Can you do that?", Kelly asked. Hannah nods and Kelly pulls her in for a hug, as Hannah cries in her mother's arms. "It's ok, they'll be ok.", Kelly sighed, trying to comfort her daughter.

Back on the island, Jack and Claire are watching the sunset at the beach, hoping to see the green flash again. "Remember the last time, we saw the green flash?", Jack asked. "I remember. You were so overjoyed when you first saw it.", Claire smiled. "It was the most beautiful thing I've ever saw.", Jack sighed.

"Your mother would've been so proud of you.", Claire replied, as Jack looks at her. "She is.", Jack smiled, as a tear came down from his face. "And I miss her, so much.", Jack sighed. Claire rest her head on his shoulder and Jack smiles and they continue to watch the sunset together.
