It's been four months since Bruce had gone missing along with one the Avenger's jets. During that time I had gotten to know Thor a bit better and finally met Vision. Wanda had been the one to introduce me to Vision and I could tell there was something odd between them, like tension but not bad. I don't really understand how to explain some things yet.

Training had also been a daily occurrence during these months. At first I only worked with Nat on leg and ab exercises since I was down an arm, but then Stark gifted me a new arm that was like my old arm, except made from a titanium alloy and it didn't have a Hydra star on the shoulder. He also told me not to call him Mr. Stark, but I'm not quite at 'Tony' yet.

I was knocked out of my day dreaming quite literally when a punch was thrown to my cheek and I fell to the ground. "Focus Silva! You can not stare off into space when facing an enemy," Rogers scolded. It took a lot of control not to roll my eyes at him, but I didn't want to run anymore today.

With a groan, I sat up and felt around my cheek to see if there was much damage. The bones there felt in tact and there was only a small cut. "You're lucky this is the most damage there is," I mumbled as I finally stood up.

"Was that back talk?" Rogers asked. I shook my head no and walked over to get water. "I did not say it was break time!"

"Relax Cap, you just punched her in the face. She needs to recalibrate so she can kick your ass next time." I looked up at the source of the voice and saw Nat standing there waiting for the end of Rogers and I's session so she could start hers with me. She gave me a smile and a nod, which I returned quickly. I got a good drink from my water bottle and then set it back down.

Rogers stood there waiting on the mat as I walked back over. "Sorry to keep you waiting, but I needed some hydration." He didn't respond to my comment and just got into a fighting stance. I copied his move and waited for him to make the first move. So far I've learned that the person who makes the first move has a lesser advantage. Rogers and I just continued to look at each other in defensive stances.

After a minute, Rogers made a move to go for my legs, so I blocked by moving out of the way and making a punch for his side. He blocked and went to punch my face, and I ducked and kicked out one of his legs. The kick made his leg buckle and he went to his need, then dove forward to tackle me. I tried to step to the side and avoid his grab but he still ended up getting my leg and I fell to the ground. Rogers made a move to get me into a choke hold, which of course I didn't like, so I freed my leg from his grip and rolled to the side and then back to get on my feet. As Rogers started to stand I jumped up onto his back and brought him into a chokehold. For the briefest moment I thought I had a victory secured. The moment was extremely brief, because the next moment I was being flung down to the ground and landed on my back with a really loud thud and an audible crack.

"Jesus Rey!" Nat called out and made her way out on the the mat. I groaned as she helped me sit up and gasped in pain as little lightning bolts of pain shot through my spine. "Alright what hurts?" Nat asked next.

I brought my arm around to point at my back but something in my shoulder stopped me from the pain I was getting. I sucked in some air and just pointed at my back through the pain. Nat nodded and with the help of Rogers I was brought up to the medical area where Dr. Cho and Stark were working. They were arguing over something as the three of us made out entrance.

Dr. Cho was the first one to look over at us, and came straight over when she saw my painful expression. "Alright, what happened? Where is the pain?" she asked.

"She said that the pain was in her back," Nat answered for me. Dr. Cho nodded and brought us over to a table for me to lay on.

"Alright, this means she may have sprained or bruised something. I'll have a scan done to see what to do. Right now, I don't need either of you in here so you can be on your way," Dr. Cho said, directed at Nat and Rogers. The two of them nodded and left the room. Stark stayed and worked on something.
