(Flashback Start)

I couldn't wait to find out if I could use this power with any of my other forms. That was the thought that occupied my head as we continued on our way to Cyllage City, accompanied by Serena which I was happy about. AS we walked I grew happier and happier that I decided to join them all the way back then.

(Flashback End)

To get to Cyllage City we had to go back through Lumiose City to get to the City. At least that's what Serena said when she used this device to look at a map. I honestly didn't want to go through that big city but when Serena mentioned something about delicious pastries I was convinced.

We were walking along this dirt road that kind of looked like a little canyon. I decided to change from Umbreon into Vaporeon because I wanted to try out a form I haven't used a lot, except for that one time. As I and the group walked down the path Ash spoke up. "Long as we're going to Lumiose City I'd really like to take a shot at a Lumiose Gym battle," Ash said. I nodded in agreement when I looked over to Ash to listen and I saw Clemont look uneasy when Ash mentioned wanting a battle there. "That seems odd?" I mused as I tilted my head in a questioning manner.

"Well, it's probably a good idea to keep in mind that you haven't been in Kalos region long," Clemont said. I think he's hiding something from the group and I have a theory about what it is but I need more evidence. "I've got an idea" Clemont continued, "Why don't you utilize this time to catch another Kalos Pokemon?" Clemont suggested. "Yeah, that's a good point," Ash said, agreeing.

Ash started to look for a new pokemon to catch and having nothing better to do, I helped him. As Ash and I searched for a new pokemon for Ash to catch Clemopnt started talking to Serena. "So why did you decide to go on a journey, Serena?" Clemont asked. I looked up from my search and looked at Serena. Our eyes locked and I gave her a knowing smirk and she blushed a little bit before regaining her composure and pulling something out of her pocket.

She walked over to Ash with the object in hand. "I wanted to give this back to you. It's yours". She showed Ash what she was carrying and it turned out to be some kind of... don't even know what it is. Serena then started telling us the story of how both she and Ash were at a place called professor Oak's summer camp or something like that. She told us how she was lost and hurt her knee and Ash came by and helped her by tying that object around her knee and doing some kind of healing chant which didn't work.

She finished the story off by saying that Ash took her hand and lead her back to the campsite. "That's Ash's handkerchief?" Bonnie asked. I thanked Bonnie mentally for naming the object that Serena was holding as Serena continued. "Yeah. I've been wanting to give it back to you for a long time now but never had a chance to do it, thank you" Serena explained as she handed Ash his handkerchief back. "Uh, sure" Ash responded.

"But then when I saw the Garchomp news story on TV and saw it was you, I knew it was time for me to try to track you down," Serena said. "Wait? what Garchomp news story?" I asked. "I'll tell you Aiko!" Bonnie said excitedly. "So there was this Garchomp at Professor Sycamore's lab but then Team Rocket put some collar around its neck and caused it a lot of pain. So Garchomp went on a rampage and eventually was at the top of Prism tower and Ash was up there with it to save it. Ash ended up saving Garchomp but Pikachu fell off the side and Ash dived down after him but he was saved by Mega Blaziken!" Bonnie said enthusiastically.

When I heard that Ash dived off a tower my eyes grew wide. I whipped around and faced Ash with a half worried and half pissed look. Serena had finished talking to Ash when I whipped around and I saw her with a little pouting face and Ash was sheepishly scratching the back of his neck. Before I could give Ash a piece of my mind and tell him to be more careful we all heard a rumbling noise.
