Bring in school without Olive and the others was weird. Yeah it happened every year but since she got here everything changed.

I had all this free time without bringing her around the school. I decided to stay in the locker room during lunch and study hall and not to talk to anyone all day. I had a big game to prepare for, especially if Olive would be there. I had to show off for my lady.

It was almost game time and none of them were there yet. This party better be damn good if they're going to be late to my game. They knew what this meant to me. Connor's coach at Stetson was coming to watch as well as the Florida Southern, Flagler and UCF coaches. I needed to do my best tonight. My future was on the line.

I was done warming up and getting ready to get on the field when I noticed her walking in. She looked perfect as always.

I didn't think of anything but football until the final play. My last chance. Focusing on the game was what I was best at. I never let another thing cross my mind when I was on the field.

I looked up at the scoreboard. Home 47 Away 6. Another homecoming win. Tonight's going to be a good night.

After celebrating in the locker room. I headed home to get ready. I jumped in the shower and put on jeans and a black button up shirt. I looked pretty damn hot if I do say so myself.

I went down stairs before everyone arrived. I had to give them credit. Everything looked perfect. After a while, guests started to arrive but no sign of Olive yet.

I started to mingle with a few of my teammates when I saw Alyssa heading down the stairs. She must be coming. I grabbed her a nice girly fruity drink that Connor made. She would like it right. A couple more minutes passed and everyone started flooding in. I was in mid conversation when I noticed her desending down the stairs. I'd never seen a more beautiful girl in my life. Her dress for her perfect even though it was a little more revealing than I thought she would be wearing. Probably Alyssa's doing. It took me a minute to realize I was just standing there with my jaw dropped staring at her. Hopefully she hadn't saw me yet.

I made my way through a bunch of mingling guest drowning themselves in my alcohol. It's a good thing I don't drink.

"Babe, you look incredible!" I yelled over the music. She just sat there with the same beautiful blush she had the other night. It made me feel weak. What was she doing to me?

"Come dance with me" I said and headed into the dance floor.

Damn this girl could dance. I couldn't take my eyes off her. Other girls kept trying to dance with me but she was the only one I cared about.

We decided to go out on the front porch to get some air. I could tell she was getting a little tipsy. We talked for a little while about her first week of school, my football game and about her home town. I could tell that made her upset so I quickly changed the subject.

"So, Olive, have you made a decision about you know yet?" I couldn't even look her in the eyes. This decision could change my life completely.

"I still feel like I barely know you guys. I don't know. Is it even a good idea to talk to either of you. We all live together."

"Well, whatever you decide we will both support you, kid. By the way, that dress would look really now on my bedroom floor" I winked. I just wanted to try to lighten the mood. Olive wasn't that kind of girl. I never could do something like that to her.

She play slapped me on the hand. Before I thought about it my lips were on hers. I never felt this way with anyone else before. Our lips moved perfectly together. All i felt was pure passion. I never wanted it to end.

I wrapped my arms around her and pulled her up on top on me. Finally, I pulled away because I didn't know how much more I could take and be able to stop. Everything about her made me crazy. Just by having my arms around her I could feel the electricity between us.

"Woah" I said braking the silence. I looked into her eyes and she looked so sad. Her eyes were filled with regret. She didn't want me. My heart felt like it was breaking into a million pieces. Was this what a heartbreak felt like?

"Yeah. Maybe we should head back inside" She said interrupting my thoughts. I didn't say a word. I just headed back inside. I decided to go dance some more and she followed me out there.

I felt so empty inside but I tried to pretend that nothing was wrong. I kept dancing with her. I could tell she was distracted by I couldn't tell why.

Finally I noticed Caleb across the room. That's who she kept looking at. She choose him. I felt even worse I think I'm going to be sick.

"I'm going to find Alyssa for a little bit" she said and disappeared into the crowd. Perfect timing.

I slipped upstairs and headed into my bathroom. I was not going to let a girl like Olive get me down. She was so beautiful though. Her bright blue eyes and those cute freckles that cover her cheeks. Everything about her had me want her more.

"Am I interrupting something?" A voice I didn't expect asked.

"Go away, Ang. I'm done with you" I turned to see her leaning against the doorway in just a little black piece on lingerie.

"But baby!" She whined.

"I'm not interested" I said looking away.

"Face it. Some like precious little Olive isn't going to end up with someone like you. Let's go. I want you now, baby"

She was right Olive would never like me. I made a move and it just pushed her closer to Caleb. I ruined my chances.

"What the hell but this is the last time." I said. Maybe it will help me get over her. She already rejected me.

We started messing around when the door cracked open. My life couldn't get any worse.

"Olive?"
