"What the heck, Ivory? Bakit mo ba ako inimbitahan dito ha? Ako talaga napapahamak e." Marianna whisepered and pinched my kaya sinapak ko siya.

All of us were very quiet. The officers were all here except for Benj, may ginagawa pa raw. Sinama ko si Marianna and Sunny dahil pumayag naman sila but Marianna came really late sa condo ko kaya nakarating kami rito na walang lunch.

Marianna was silently panicking dahil nandito pala ang ex niya, si Kuya Mark. I didn't know he was her ex! And hindi ko rin alam na nandito sila kahit Saturday kaya inimbitahan ko si Marianna!

She was silently cursing me kaya I kept saying sorry pero natatawa naman ako. Sunny was not minding any of us and the awkward atmosphere.

The officers were also quiet. They kept glancing back-and-forth kay Marianna and Kuya Mark. I bet they knew they were a thing before and the reason why they broke up dahil all of them were very close.

I suggested Marianna to leave if she really felt uncomfortable around him but she wouldn't leave kasi it would make her look even affected sa presence ni Kuya Mark.

Really? She'd rather sacrifice her comfort than her pride? So what if she's still affected? Kuya Mark scarred her for life and kahit anong landi ang gawin ni Marianna she knew in her heart Kuya Mark still had a place in her heart.

She really did love him, kasi kahit sinaktan na nga siya. Nagawa niya paring patawarin si Kuya Mark but they aren't technically friends just acquaintances.

I suggested her to study nalang para mawala ang atensyon niya kay Kuya Mark. I decided to get her and Sunny coffee dahil ako naman nagpumilit na isama sila rito, might as well be kind nalang.

I tiptoed papunta sa pinto dahil everyone was silent and focused on their works. Most of the officers were studying yet some were silently talking about something and I didn't wanna disturb them.

I slowly closed the door and dumiretso sa lobby. Luckily, I wore a random jacket kaya hindi masyadong malamig.

I saw Ma'am Victorina was doing something behind the counter kaya I tried to ask her what it was.

"Inaayos ko lang ang luma kong camera. Gusto kong kuhanan tayo ng litrato dahil unang beses 'to sa buong buhay ko na nagkaroon ng maraming tao dito." I smiled and looked at Ma'am Vitorina who's eyes was watering. Siguro kung hindi ako pumunta rito, she would be lonely.

Next year wala na sila Benj so ako or sina Sunny and Marianna nalang maiiwan dito.

I sighed at nilapitan si Ma'am Victorina sa likod ng counter. I hugged her tightly and wiped her tears.

"Sige po. Magse-selfie tayo sa library mamaya kapag kompleto na. Tatawagin nalang kita sa telephone." I smiled at her and nauna na para kumuha ng three cups of coffee dahil gusto ko ring uminom.

Nabuhusan ng konti ang leggings ko ng kape kaya I placed it on a tray papunta sa library. Ang swerte naman dito, drinks and food are allowed as long as you CLAYGO.

I slowly walked along the hallways kasi baka mabuhos ko ang tray. Mabigat pa naman 'yon kasi mugs ang basong ginagamit namin.

"I'll carry it." Napasigaw ako nang biglang dumating sa harap ko si Benj.

Can't he see that I'm being very careful sa pagdala nito? Tapos gugulatin niya lang ako?

I glared at him at binigay sa kaniya ang tray and continued walking papunta sa library.

Tumigil siya sa paglakad kaya I glanced at him curiously. He was staring at my body kaya kumunot ang noo ko.
