The only thing Astoria could remember is that after dinner she got into her pajamas and went to bed. She wakes up in a weird bright room. It looked like a operating room in a hospital, but it had science equipment in it. She laid on the metal table and sat up from it and got off the table. She looked around at the surrounding things. She didn’t look back till there was a beep. When she looked back, she noticed she was still on the table. Was she dead? A ghost?
The beeping starts to quicken and Astoria walks over to her body. A mother beeping erupts but it was quieter. The doors slide open once the small beeping stops. In comes Mr. Hargreeves and Pogo. They rush to Ash’s side and starts checking her monitors on the wall.
“Sir, she’s gaining another one.” Pogo says.
Astoria was very confused. What he mean by “she’s gaining another one?” Mr. Hargreeves notes down some things and Pogo twists and turns dials on the monitors and metal boxes on the walls. Regained leans over Astoria’s body. He examines her eyes with a small pen like flashlight. His face said something was wrong and there was. A flash of purple light comes from Ash’s eyes. Suddenly Mr. Hargreeves grabs his chest and topples over. He falls to the ground and knocks over metal trays and tools. Pogo rushes over to Reginald and checks on him. Just like that, Astoria’s second body shoots up from the table. Pogo stumbles back.
“Number Eight?” Pogo stutters.
Ash looks over at Pogo without turning anything but her head. Her eyes were glowing purple. Astoria was scared of herself. What was going on? The purple glows brighter and she body starts levitating. Pogo backs up to a corner as Astoria’s hand raises towards Pogo. A beam of purple shoots out of her hand and struck Pogo.
