____ I was just at the store for Emily because Sams on patrol and someone needed to go get more ingredients for muffins. Then I smelt the sickly sweet bleach scent of a bloodsucker.
Then the scent changed, it smelled like Lavender and crisp fall air. It was heavenly, it was the best thing I had smelt in my life. And with Emily's cooking, that's saying a lot.
I realized that the delicious scent, was actually the leeches scent. That made me want to be disgusted by the smell, but I couldn't find it in me to do so.
So I did the next best thing.
I followed it. It let me to a teen girl with beautiful shining blonde hair. She was skipping towards the frozens isle with a basket in her hand that she swung as if it weighed nothing.
Considering she's a leech it probably feels like nothing.
I continued followed her. She stopped in front of the few doors with ice cream behind them. She started focusing on them; it seemed to be the leech was looking for a certain one. Which doesn't even make sense because leeches only kill people to eat.
It seems she found what she was looking for because she was arranging her basket to make it fit.
I'm should ask her why she's here. Because she's not a Cullen.
Suddenly she stands up and spins around. I can feel the oxygen leave my body the second I looked into her eyes.
Then our future flashed before my eyes. Her laying in a bed with a baby in each of her arms and a bright smile on her face. After that, it was me in front of her on one knee proposing to her. Then finally, it was us in a hospital with Carlisle walking over to me and handing me a newborn babygirl as two little boys ran up to me with huge smiles on their faces.
I was then sent back to reality. I was looking down at the most beautiful girl i'd ever seen. Her bright purple eyes were staring at mine with pure shock and awe.
That's when I reminded myself that whether she was my mate and imprint or not, she's a filthy bloodsucker. I could never love her.
"Why're you here leach?" I spit out, backing away from her with disgust on my face.
I saw her eyes filling up with tears. She look like she was in terrible pain.
"I'm sorry. I'll be going now." She spoke softly, her sadness reaching me through the bond.
She took one more look at me behind her as she kept walking. She saw I was watching her.
She gave me a small, sad smile and then turned back around.
I watched as she rushed to scan her items as fast as she humanly could and then dig around in her wallet. She grabbed what I assume was the receipt, and the few grocery bags. Next thing I know is she's walking quickly out the store.
I disregard the ingredients, putting them onto a random shelf and followed her out the store. She slammed the door of an amazing looking car.
As I shook my head, I watched her look around before speeding into the forest. I ran after her and thankfully I was close enough to get to her.
Then I watched as she screamed out and dropped to her knees. A red wave like thing came straight towards me as it expanded, knocking down trees and flattening the grass.
I felt myself about to pass out due to whatever energy thing she had released. The last thing I saw was her kneeling on the ground with her head in her hands as she sobbed.
Then everything went dark.
